Trent is absolutely wonderful. My son is 11 and has been searching for someone to be able to do a "cool" style and he nailed it! Great attitude and talked to him the whole time. Salon is also very well kept and modern! Highly recommend.

Sara did an amazing job! It was my first visit to the shop and she was incredibly thorough…great cut, color, and shave. Also great deal on the Gold membership! Will be joining on my next visit.

Just finished up with my appointment at CoolHeads with Sara. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the entire service. Obviously the haircut was amazing first and foremost. It was soothing moisturizer and the single blade razor done with precision to create an impeccable neck line. It was the hot steamed towel services to clean up and finish the experience with class! Just had a phenomenal experience at Cool Heads, and super grateful to have found my permanent barber in Trent. The atmosphere was great- clean but very relaxed. Trent different listened to exactly what I wanted, provided conversation while working, and I was out the door in about 20 minutes. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Today was the first time I took my 6 year old here, and it was a wonderful experience. Gaby was so kind and made my son feel comfortable right away. His haircut is one of the best he’s ever had. Thank you, Gaby we will definitely be coming back!

Clean cut, perfect beard line, zero hassle. He actually listened to what I wanted and dialed it in without overdoing it. Sharp, quick, and professional. Easily the best my beard has looked in a long time.

First time customer. I tried the Cool Head ! It was amazing. Lots of massages , neck, arm and face . Great atmosphere. Margarita was my stylist and did amazing. Friendly and creates a calm and relaxing experience. This was a gift from my 2 Sons who also received haircuts ( not the cool head ) we will be back 👍🏽

Cool Heads Barbershop in Allen… I had a really good experience here. Margarita and Gabriella made me feel very welcome. They offered us drinks and spirits too. Awesome service! It was my 2nd time there without an appointment and was quickly serviced with zero attitude. My cut was fresh and I was very satisfied. It was almost like Gabriella cut my hair for the last 30 years. Thank you so much Gabriella and Margarita.
