I cannot speak for everyone in the shop, but the barber (Mr. Washington) in the very first chair added his own tip on my card today after I had already given him a ten dollar tip. I gave him an opportunity to turn it around and asked was that some sort of process fee and he said yes Smh.... Great atmosphere great clients were in there don't let this review stop you from visiting....just bring cash.........in the event I am wrong about the tip, something is still wrong. I was quoted 45. I told him to take 55.... I end up paying 59....

The customer service here is terrible. No one greeted us when we came in and we sat there for an hour waiting. My S/O called before coming to this place and they told her she could do a walk in-cool. We get here, no hello, no ETA of how long it would be before someone cuts her hair, nothing. You can’t expect to make money when your customer service is trash. The barber shop was not busy at all and we waited for 1 hour. We decided to leave and go to a barber shop right up the street and was properly greeted and assisted. I do not advise anyone wasting their time to come here.

I got charged 45 dollars for a uneven Southside fade when I ask to drop the hair length down to regular wave length in a taper fade format. Even the south side looked bad, in which I think the barber noticed by trying to spark up a conversation at the end of my haircut resulting in a attempt to butter me up. This is not the only place of business that I notice or experienced poor performance. It seems as though skilled barbers deny new customers the privilege of getting a good quality haircut because I did see two barbers give other clients haircuts simultaneously while I was getting mine but they were so called "booked". As a result as a customer I will now take a different approach while I'm in search for a barber. My haircut is a part of my lively hood, so I would appreciate the skill set and time that a barber take while preparing my haircut. Overall there maybe two good barbers at this location and they strictly go by appointments, to add to this they are skilled but not above average. With that being said your price per haircut will be as a result covering the booth fee or the rent that the business pay for occupying the space. In the barbering business this is how clients walk away unsatisfied. I've had the privilege of having Master Barbers cut my hair and believe me they get overwhelmed with clients and I understand their frustration. However as a potential customer I should be able to walk in a barbershop feeling better than the time I went in. In the near future I have lost faith in the barbering business and will be very skeptical before allowing barbers to cut my hair. There are things that I will try to research prior to arrival such as but not limited to.... is the barber well versatile meaning will he or she be able to cut hair that may have different textures, different discrepancies like hairlines, and how serious does the stylist take his or her career. In conclusion, if you are relocating or your barber decides to relocate be prepared or willing to make adjustments.

Wanted to try somewhere closer to my house but He was late about 30 min to my cut, the fade was choppy not well blended , he didn’t even bother touching the top after we communicated the cut didn't want to ask for a touch up so heading elsewhere. Price on booksy isn’t what he said either smh. Ended up paying $13 more than anticipated. Don’t recommend place feels run down and not very welcoming. Some water while waiting would’ve been nice.

Very nice, chill, clean location. When entering the location i was immediately greet by staff, they were very kind and nice and asked me who i was looking for and then instructed me how to find my suite. Audi is a great stylist and make you visit worth it!! Went in for a flat iron and left looking and feeling amazing. She gave me tips on problems areas with my hair and recommended products in order to help my hair growth. And the experience, relaxing music, jokes and good time along with a hair style you cannot beat that. Get yourself penciled in honey cakes!!!

I been going to this barbershop; it has been great but today when I went there today there was this barber that I never saw there before, as he started cutting me , he started talking to me he started to get spiritual on that he started which was just about mantle illnesses. I didn’t mind he said something that made me think he was Muslim so I ask are you Muslim he said yes, I was like ok am a Christian, and then he was like not your not , implying that I couldn’t be a Christian because I was black, I responded of course I am a Christian and then he started to angrily question while not even letting me speak and than he started getting violent and angry then he said “end to the conversation shut up am the barber you the guest”, but he kept talking, and I was like I thought you didn’t want to talk about it then he started insulting me calling me hypocrite and demonic, ignorant brainwashed by white religion I didn’t insult I kept saying but you didn’t want to talk about and then he got angry and kicked me out in the middle of the haircut. I had to go to a different barbershop to finish it they took me this picture this is how he threw me out.

Been going here since undergrad at UNT! Bull has been keepin me fresh for at least 6 years now! I’m thankful for dude bc he’s professional, funny, very skilled, on time and clean! Dude always takes his time and respects your time! Y’all check this shop out and my barber! Also Slim, Q and the rest of the folks in their can cut! Jess just became my new Loctician too! But ima do a separate post of her work 🔥💈 Y’all tap in! ✊🏾

Great guy Trey, I had no idea how to explain the way I wanted my hair to be but I just let him do his thing. Turned out great. It is refreshing when you go get a haircut and it turns out awesome. Skilled barbers, great experience, nice environment, laid back, well done!

This was my very first time at the shop. I am new to Texas(2 weeks) I'm originally from Philly and had the same barber for over 20 years. I must say that this barber shop is very very nice. The barbers and stylist greet you as soon as you walk through the door. My barber was Jaye Mo and he did an amazing job with my cut. He is now my new barber. I love this cut more than my barber in Philly.
