My 2nd time seeing Mariah @Coolheads and has been amazing both times! A clean cut in about 30-40 minutes. Mariah is also really nice and easy to work with. 100% recommend 👌

1 Star – Overpriced & Poor Service Booked a $32 child’s haircut. Stylist was moody, barely cut her hair, didn’t even wash the roots, and hurt her head while brushing. Then charged me for TWO haircuts ($50 + $60) for my daughter with no clear explanation. Total was $110 + $20 tip. Not an upscale salon — felt like budget service with luxury pricing. Would not recommend.

We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.<br>To clarify, two children were serviced during your visit. your daughter requested a long layered haircut with face framing, which was completed as asked. After the haircut, you requested an additional shampoo and blow-dry service. Our stylist explained that we do not carry full professional blow-dry products for extended-length hair, but you still requested the service.<br>the young lady's hair was shampooed twice, conditioned and blow-dried and this portion of the service alone took approximately one hour due to the length and thickness of her hair.<br>the haircut and blow-dry were charge separately because they are two different services. A women's haircut was applied due to the length . We take service quality and transparency seriously and would be happy to speak directly if you'd like to discuss this further. My go to haircut spot now. I come during the day when it’s not busy and I know I can get in and out quickly. Always great haircut and awesome conversation. Adrienne can easily carry a conversation and is a fun person just to talk to I almost forgot I was getting a haircut.

I am not a very stylish person, I would love to just go into a barbershop and get my hair cut by a professional who knows what they are doing. I also jump from shop to shop and get a basic hair cut. But I came here and I loved it! Vibes and energy were immaculate! I got my haircut by Adrienne and she is absolutely amazing!!!! Loved my hair cut. She is top notch and knows what she is doing! I am definitely coming back and getting my haircut by her again! ❤️

felt super comfortable with Adrienne, she wasn't annoyingly chatty but it wasn't awkwardly quiet either. and of course she cut my hair perfectly. super chill vibes, good music, cute decor. excited to continue going here to see her

I love this place so much! My son has been coming here for the past 3 years. He’s almost 6 now. I love how they accommodate to his needs when ever we’re there. One time they offered him a tablet to watch while they cut his hair💙 My favorite barber there is Jimmy! He’s ALL good vibes and positive energy! You can tell he loves his job and I love it! I really appreciate his work ethics and his customer service! For example, We walk in and Jimmy and his co worker are talking to my son like he’s one of the boys lol. Like he’s an old friend he just bumped into! Lol Jimmy’s work is so clean and sharp! He also goes out his way to explain the haircuts/styles and what he’s doing or what he’s going to do. During the my son’s appointment he was jamming out to the music trying to get my son to join in but still prioritized cutting my son’s hair. You. Literally the best experience I had as a customer! I recommend 100/100! Look for Jimmy but also give the rest of his staff a chance too because they also do a phenomenal job as well💙

Decided to do the bright idea of triming my hair myself. Forgot to put the guard back on at the end and shaved off a nice bald spot on my head. So it was go full 2007 Britney or seek help. Honestly thought I was just gonna have to start fresh. But no, got one of the best haircuts. Thats without my mess up. She went in. The environment is welcoming, offering drinks and stuff while you wait. Check this place out. You won't be disappointed!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Patricia at Cool Heads in Addison is the best! She always takes her time and really pays attention to the details. You can tell she cares about making sure you leave happy. Plus, she’s super nice and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. I always leave feeling fresh and confident. Highly recommend seeing Patricia!

I was looking for an upscale men’s salon and had my first experience with Cool Heads. I got a scissors cut and shampoo and selected Jimmy Vu as my stylist. I showed him a picture of my hair in a style that I like and he took a photograph and use that as a guide. It’s been three weeks and my hair still looks great. I’ve already made another appointment with Jimmy for my next cut and style. Jimmy is super friendly and made me feel right at home. looking forward to my next appointment!
