My first and last visit to Levelz was a complete disappointment. Barber Ron sat me in the chair, walked off for over 10 minutes without a word, and then came back to start the cut as if nothing happened. When he finally did get started, his constant profanity and lack of professionalism made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, the haircut itself was terrible. My hairline burned afterward, and the service felt sloppy and careless. $60 for a cut that damaged my hairline, plus another $15 for a hairwash that left my scalp raw, absolutely unacceptable. Whether he’s new or just careless, the quality and attitude were not worth the money. Never again. Boycott this monstrosity

Unacceptable Repeated Appointment Cancellations To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding yet another same-day cancellation of my scheduled appointment. This marks the second instance of this occurring, and frankly, it is unacceptable. To have my time disregarded in this manner, not once, but twice, is incredibly frustrating. It demonstrates a severe lack of respect for my schedule and a profound lack of organization on the part of your store. I had anticipated and rearranged my day accordingly, only to receive a last-minute cancellation once again. This has caused significant inconvenience and frankly, has eroded any confidence I had in your ability to provide reliable service. I expect a prompt explanation for these repeated cancellations and, more importantly, a clear demonstration of how you intend to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening a third time.

Great place walked in today as new client. An found my new barber. D . Didn't know him but felt so relaxed there. My new place to go. An shampoo lady so nice an inviting. Recommend anyone who shy . Great place

I have been taking my son here since he was 2 years old, he is 13 now. Dee is amazing, as well as the entire staff. Service is great! Never felt uncomfortable being in there. I no longer go inside since he is older, my son is very comfortable. They treat him just like family and watch him just like he is their own son and his haircut is always 💯! Best experience, I highly recommend this barbershop!

Today was one of the worst days of my life. Ron gave me a terrible haircut. Even if I showed him my previous haircut’s pictures, he massed up my hair. All $45 went to trash. I will wait till my hair grows again maybe a month. I think that he should be a butcher instead of hairdresser!!!

My experience is with stylist barbers Rich and Ron, both amazingly, and phenomenal. I have two chosen barbers that I can walk away extremely satisfied. Other perks are the convenience of appointment setting, which allows speedy service. The best highlight is the shampooing b4 sitting in the barbers chair. 🫠🤩🤗🤭!!! Levelz is indeed top notch in Philly's variety of Barber Shops

I took my two boys to Coop randomly about 2yrs ago. He was very professional and fast which I appreciated, unlike some barbers. Besides that he did a great job! He's been cutting their hair ever since.

I have been a customer for over 10 plus years and the service has increased significantly year after year! Congratulations on the consistency! Levelz is a family owed black business who serves a variety of customers. Last but not least the haircuts are FRESHHHHHHHHHHHH😀 OH….Don’t worry about a wait there is plenty of great barbers to choose from. Whether you have a appointment or just a walk-in there is a lounge area in the rear with plenty of charging stations🙂

Good shop. There’s plenty of good Barbers to choose from. I went right in and got in a chair right away & they were pretty busy. The girl who washed my hair did a great job & slash (the Barber who seen me) did a great job. Good conversation and good people. I think I found my new shop. Thanks y’all keep up the good work
