Hours say 7pm but I went at 620 pm and he was locking the gate need to either adjust hours or stay open till time it says on line and on your door

The actual barber knows neither how to cut hair nor customer service . I asked him to cut a bit more on sides and fix some places and he went mad and angry saying that it will be a second hair cut and more charges. Sum it up I suggest him to go back to recertification and learn some customer service basics.

Evan has been cutting my son's (autism) hair since he was 7. He is now 17 and enjoys getting hair cuts. Evan is amazing with him and talk with him. Explains everything, doesn't treat him differently and cares about his clients and how he does his job. I recommend lax clippers to anyone I talk to who needs patience with cutting hair. Thank-you Evan.

Why so unfriendly, do you want more customers? Evans always great but now you gotta get appointment with the man. The dude who cut my hair seems pissed off while cutting my hair and even more pissed when I don't have extra money after they told me there's a long hair fee ($5) and that's was my whole $30.

Went with my boyfriend to them, they were amazing! So sweet and kind and spoke to me as he was working on my boyfriend's hair. They do an amazing job with his hair everytime he goes. I love it my boyfriend's hair everytime. Thank you for doing an amazing job guys!

I used to think this place was great. I switched from an expensive salon after years of the same guy to this place and was very pleased. However, recently its been awful. The barber who used to cut my hair disappeared one day due to a fight with the owner. Then I started going to the guy in the next chair on the end. He’s been good no complaints. Today I walked in and my regular guy was sitting with not a customer in sight. The owner was not there, and my barber told me ‘go away’. I asked why, if he had an appointment coming or something and he said ‘Nooooo’ in a manner that suggested I leave quickly. I used to tip him $5 on every haircut that cost $25. I have absolutely no clue what happened but this place is to be avoided if you care about customer service.

If your looking for that right person to cut your hair, look no further. Evan and his crew are the best Barbers in Philadelphia. They are clean, careful, and he doesn’t whip through the haircut. Evan prefers appointments, but he has always been able to fit me in on short notice. Evan spends time with his clients and will make sure your happy with the results. I have always been satisfied with the service, you should trust him with your head.

After moving to South Philly 6 years ago, it took a while to find a barber shop for my son's hair cuts. After trying a few different places, we found Lax Clippers and since finding them... I haven't gone any where else for my sons hair cuts. It's been a few years now that we've been coming here and They have Always been Very Friendly, Clean,Professional & it's never too long of a wait if any(depending when you go😉) and we are Always satisfied with their services. If you haven't been and are in the area or even if you're not... you should definitely check them out!🙂

Lax Clippers Barbershop is hand down the best barbershop in South Philly. I was looking for a new barber last year because my old barber left to Frankfort Ave. So I decided to give LAX Clippers a shot and never look back. Evan the owner of the place is my new barber. He’s very chill and show absolute professionalism. He listens to all of your styling needs and concern. Keep you fresh, sharp and clean. I recommend this spot to anyone I know.
