It is very difficult to find a quality barbershop generally. Not only are cuts expertly executed, but the entire experience is exceptional. I have been getting my haircut now by Eric for a year and half or maybe two years at this point, and I could not be happier. He is not only an expert at his craft, but makes the time you are there comfortable and enjoyable. Moreover, this is the attitude of the entire shop: easy-going and personable. The products, services, hospitality, expertise, etc. It is all there. Cannot recommend enough.

I ordered 4 drinks from the bartender totaling to 70 dollars and I gave a 13 dollar tip. When one of my friends asked him for non glass cups so we could take the drinks to the upstairs area, he said “kind of crazy that you ask me for cups when you didn’t even tip.” She did not respond because she didn’t pay and wasn’t aware of how much I tipped. When she told me the story, I asked him in passing why he would say this because I did tip and it was a good tip as well. All he had to say was “wrong person sorry” and walked away. I mean WOW. I have never had such an experience. Maybe the downstairs bartender should fact check before he starts calling out paying and tipping customers?

Blind Barber Philadelphia was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely at ease, listened to exactly what I wanted, and executed it perfectly. They worked quickly and efficiently without ever compromising on quality, making sure I looked my absolute best for one of the most important days of my life. The barber who handled my cut and style was professional, talented, and attentive to every detail. They understood the pressure of a wedding day and made the experience not just stress-free, but genuinely enjoyable. I walked out feeling confident, polished, and ready for the big day. I cannot recommend Blind Barber Philadelphia highly enough. Whether you need a last-minute touch-up, a wedding day haircut, or just want to look your best, this team will go above and beyond to make it happen. They truly turned a potentially stressful morning into a smooth, effortless, and enjoyable experience. If I could, I would give them 10 out of 5 stars.

The bouncers and bartenders are super cool here. The other night I went out with my friends from work and there was a drunk guy clearly tryna get back into the establishment. Poor bouncers were trying their best to move him from the door so other people could get in! They were so sweet and the drinks here were yummyy! Definitely a great spot to visit.

Cute concept. Been here a few times, everytime I leave thinking their drinks are overpriced, menu limited and service is just so/so. I guess when the 20% gratuity is automatically included they aren't worried about earning their tips.... improvements definitely needed in the customer service area

Let’s be honest. This isn’t a Turkish barber, so you’ve gotta temper your expectations, but my hair looked ok! I had a Manhattan, which was also good but had a lot of hair clippings floating in it.

The blind barber is a modern speakeasy. As you can see by the first picture of the front of the establishment is just a barbershop. You should make reservations. I was told it gets crowded as the night goes on. We got there at 5:30 PM for drinks before going out to dinner. You literally walked through a working barbershop and into the back room. Once you go into the back room, there is a bar immediately in front of you, but you also can go upstairs to another bar. I ordered the Lawn Jawn. It was one of the best cocktail drinks I’ve had with infused jalapeño tequila! According to their menu, they had several different options for food, but when I asked the only thing they had available, was the wings. We ordered the honey jerk and the honey garlic. Both were pretty good. My recommendation is to go a little later because there might be more of a atmosphere with more people. But since we did go early, we got a seat at the bar, which was nice.

A bar inside a barber shop! So cool. They have some seating a small bar downstairs and a large area and bar upstairs. Really nice space. Our bartender downstairs was really nice. I got the southern charm and it was really good.

I went to this place last week with my friend. We were looking for a new place to go dancing, so we walked around downtown and stumbled upon this speakeasy. It was my first time at a speakeasy, and it was really cool to see how the barbershop transformed into a clubby vibe area just by going behind one door. Based on my experience, I might come back, but I'm not too sure. I will say this place is great, depending on the kind of vibe you're into. The crowd was diverse, with people ranging from their 20s to probably in their 50s. The dance floor was quite small and got crowded quickly, so if you're not a fan of tight spaces, this may not be the place for you. Also, the area didn't have many fans, and the fans they had were small, so it got really hot and sweaty very quickly. The people were literally sticking together because of the sweat, and it was gross. However, if you didn't feel like being on the dance floor, there was a bar and lounge area to explore. Overall, the people were friendly, and the music was good. The DJ played a mix of music from the 90s and some current hits, so there was something for everyone. It's a spot to check out, especially if you're into 90s and diverse music selections and want to experience a speakeasy. I recommend bringing a small fan next time to enhance the overall experience, as it got really hot and smelly due to the lack of ventilation.

Fun "speakeasy" style location located at the far end of a functioning barber shop. Drinks were very yummy, service and menu options could have been more on point. The only food available during our visit were empanadas that could not be purchased at the bar.
