Was trying to find a place after moving for college and after visiting some shops. This has been a great experience. Brennen is an amazing barber, he listens and makes sure that every part of your hair is to your liking. He'll ask multiple times to make sure it's perfect so it's not that awkward acceptance like most barber places. The place was cozy and chill and in a great area if you want some coffee right after your cut. Overall really recommend.

We’ve been bringing our boys here and absolutely love it. The attention to detail in every cut is outstanding. My kids are opinionated and come in with very specific ideas, and the barbers always take the extra time and care to make sure they’re happy with the results. Special shout out to the owner, Michael, who totally understands my 13 year old’s need for an amazing cut with real style and always delivers. And another shout out to Martin, who knows exactly how to chat it up and keep my 9 year old comfortable and engaged while still giving him a great cut. What really sets this place apart is how seriously they take kids. They listen, engage, and treat them with respect, which makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend, especially for families with kids who know what they want.

I’ve been going to Barber on 24th with my son for a couple of years now, and it’s truly become our barbershop. The staff are always super friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the service is consistently excellent. Mike is our barber -- he’s fantastic, attentive, and always does a perfect job. We absolutely love this place and highly recommend it!

Great barbershop. I always get a consistently good haircut (huge shoutout to June!!), and I feel like I could trust anyone in the shop to do a great job. Definitely my go-to place!!!

Jose is my go too guy since moving back to the city! Always a good conversion and advice around styles - he always knows exactly what you need with little to no inspiration. The cut skills on top of the styling are bar none and Jose is one of the best in the city!

Great experience getting my cut with Jose (as usual). Think a sign of the quality is that I gave him some feedback / changed it up from my usual cut and he did exactly what I wanted. Also good vibes all around in the barbershop.

I've been coming to Barber on 24th for 5 years, even after moving to NJ 2 years ago. It's a laid-back neighborhood spot with great vibes, great people, and excellent barbers. Shoutout to Jose, who knows exactly what looks good; I never leave disappointed.

I visited this barbershop in July 2025 for a haircut and left dissatisfied with the overall experience. I showed the owner a photo of a previous haircut I had received there from another barber (who was not available that day), but the result did not match what I had requested. Throughout the appointment, the conversation also made me uncomfortable. The owner repeatedly made comments about Mexican food and culture, Dos Baños in California, assuming I was Mexican, when in fact I am Guatemalan. This felt awkward and inappropriate. Ultimately, the haircut did not meet my expectations, and combined with the uncomfortable interaction, I decided I would not return. I felt that both my time and money were wasted.

We have many Spanish speaking barbers on our team. We enjoy Spanish food all the time. Owner is learning Spanish and has property in PR. This review is a shame! <br>
