We absolutely love Frentu Fades. Always a great experience. Since we tried it for my son’s first hair cut last year we always come back. Alex always walks us through the cut and is very patient and accommodating. We can never leave without playing a game of chess or fooseball! Appointments are always conveniently available and timely ! Highly recommend

My son really likes going to Henry. He does an excellent job and is very detailed with his work. The other barbers were giving great cuts to their clients and carrying on nice conversations as well. Really nice shop with a relaxing atmosphere.

Great cut! I came here from other reviews and set an appointment with Nate because of reviews also. They were spot on. Great atmosphere, great conversation, and I thought my hair was perfect afterwards. I enjoyed seeing the style of the inside. They have a lot of things for kids as well during their own cut or to keep them busy for your own cut. I see this place as my new spot.

As always Henry and his team were excellent during my appointment on 01/15/2026. My haircut is exactly the way I asked. The fade is perfect, and it grows back clean and even. The conversation is always excellent. Henry is an incredible barber, and veteran of the US Navy. He continues to hold himself to the highest standards in everything he does in life. I highly recommend you utilize this shop. Especially if you are a member of the military community. They're beard work is on point!

Nate, was excellent! My appointment started a little early, which was good. The conversationswas engaging. My beard trim was on point. The price was beyond reasonable! I would have payed more. I will definitely be back. I found a gem 💎 in Glenside, PA

I was looking for a barber as a college student in a new state, and thankfully I found this barber shop. Nathan was AMAZING!!! He was very skilled and passionate and gave me a great fade and was very happy to make adjustments based off what I would say when he would check if I was fully satisfied with the cut, was very understanding and communicative when it came to me asking for what I wanted, very relatable and nice to talk to while the haircut was going on, and gave me a great discount as a first time costumer. Absolutely amazing service, will definitely be going back.

Nate was GREAT! My son doesn’t like hair cuts & I was up front about that. He’s high functioning autistic. As a result, he had us in and out in 18 minutes & the haircut was perfect! Nice clean lines and kept the length like my kiddo asked for. He also evened out the side with the calluses. We will be coming back now to this shop going forward!

I went in not to sure how I wanted my hair cut. I got set up with Nate and he was seriously the best!! He noticed I was a little nervous and he asked what my vision was and made a few suggestions. I felt so confident after getting my cut! Nate is literally my favorite and I hope he never stops cutting hair because I’ll go where ever he does lol

Absolutely fantastic first time experience at Frentu Fades for my young adult son, who is autistic and has high support needs. Nate immediately put my son at ease and what could have been a very scary experience for my son was smooth and easy. And his haircut looks terrific! Highly recommend Nate for customers who are neurodivergent, have sensory sensitivities, fear haircuts and/or who need an extra patient and gentle barber. I am so thankful we found Nate and we will definitely be back!
