As a woman I haven't always felt welcome in a barbershop but True Heart is different! Very relaxed and accepting. Daniel is a great barber!

I went to this salon for the first time. I had been growing my hair for almost 2 years and I really loved it. I told the guy I just wanted a little trim to clean it up, and I wanted to keep my curls and the length. He seemed like he knew what he was doing, but he literally gave me a buzz cut instead. My hair is now so short that I feel really bad when I look in the mirror. He said sorry at the end and all that, but it doesn’t help, he totally messed up my hair. Now I have to wait about a year for it to grow back. Oh Going to this salon was a such huge mistake

Best barbershop I’ve been to yet! Atmosphere is personal and love the vibe there! They offered drinks along with the service and I felt like an absolute king in a throne and I wasn’t expecting such a great time but they sold the experience well, you guys killed it! Ashley helped me and they were awesome!

As a mom with two boys, I always get a little nervous about interrupting the "gentlemen's time" when we walk into a barber shop, but every visit here has been nothing but welcoming. The barbers greet us with friendly faces, are always prompt, and the prices are spot on. They’re so kind and patient with my boys, which makes all the difference. We were over places like Cookie Cutters and Tickle Clips, and I’m so glad we found this gem! Every barber is personable and professional, and while I would trust any one of them, my go-to is Joe. He has the magic touch - getting my kids SO relaxed to the point where they fall asleep in his chair 😂 yet they always walk out looking sharp 😏 I’m hoping this can be our go-to spot even as the kids get older. I even got my husband coming here now! Joe is our guy and I can’t recommend this place enough!

Found this place today, wanting a different experience for my older teenage son. Atmosphere was unique and friendly- he loved haircut and is looking forward to going back.

Went in today 11/25 for a last minute haircut, this was my first time at True Heart Barber Shop. I asked for a mid bald fade from skin to a 1 at the top(which I get everywhere, I haven't changed my haircut in years). About 45 minutes into the cut my barber asked how things were looking and I saw that my hair did not look like a 1 near where my hairline was. He went back to work on it and fixed some of it, but after being there an hour and 15 minutes it still wasn't what I was looking for but didn't have much more time to spend there so I paid and left(11:30-12:45). There is still 1/4" long hair near my hairline and one side is visibly uneven. The rest of the cut overall is okay but the inconsistencies are easy to see. I do appreciate that I was able to get scheduled today on short notice. Overall, I am unsure if I would visit again, I am bummed out with the result but I know everyone has off days and this was just one experience.

Shannon does a fantastic job and provides a great overall experience! He takes his time with each customer and is great at understanding your verbal description of how you want your hair to look. The staff is very friendly, the shop itself is extremely clean and booking online is incredibly easy. I am very happy with how my hair looks and I would highly recommend True Heart.
