Been going here when the actual Pete owned the shop. The young owner is very professional. All the barbers are very good with the exception of one of the men. Can’t knock his work but his attitude is arrogant and to full of himself. But I highly recommend this shop.

What a great experience, my son is almost three and this was his first barber shop experience (normally came to salon with me) we specifically asked for a cut by Reyes and it didn’t disappoint! What an amazing cut and Reyes took his time, even with a line of people waiting, didn’t rush and blended everything so nicely! He was great with my son!! Will definitely be coming back!! What a rare find, great price and great cut!!

This barber shop is truly exceptional. Unlike others, the barber takes his time and never rushes, showcasing his talent and genuine passion for his craft. I highly recommend Claudio (check out the last picture). It's no surprise that my husband loves coming back here plus its very affordable!.

Rarely a wait. I have used a few of their Barbers. From my experience, they are all excellent. I prefer the lady that is stationed against the back wall. Ashamed to say, I don't remember her name, but she always does a meticulous job.

This is my go to..Every barber cuts hair really well and they know every customer that comes in. Reasonably priced and you won't spend an hour waiting like other shops.

No matter what day of the week or what time I show up there’s always a 10 person wait. If you have a regular person you go to no one else will take you out of respect for that particular. Barber most of the time I’m in there and I don’t have 3 1/2 hours to kill waiting for a particular barber. I have very simple hair and I just want a crew cut buzz no fail every single time I walk in even if it’s 3 PM my barber will stop for lunch go pick it up bring it back wash his hands and then eat and I’m stuck waiting an hour. They need to coordinate better lunchtimes so that they don’t leave such a gap in a long line of customers. There is absolutely no customer service and the owner is a barber himself when there is problems they are never addressed. It’s very sad to see such a busy barbershop. They Have such poor standards of operation. I don’t know who has time to wait three hours for a haircut maybe it’s because they’re cheaper than most in the area. I recommend going up the road to Park Ridge and getting a quality cut. You deserve.

Switched to this barbershop after a slight ‘altercation’ with my last one, walked in and every single chair was in use and almost every waiting seat taken. I got lucky to sit down and within 10 minutes one of the barbers named Celia asked if she could help me, and considering nobody else was using her I figured it was for a reason and nearly passed. Now I’ve been going to her for four months and every haircut is amazing, I always leave happy and exclusively only let her cut my hair. Great experience every time, and I never have to wait. Thanks guys!

I do not recommend this place. Its as if I ask them what I would like and the barbers choose their own likings on me. For example, I asked for a SMALL trim, which is like my hair reaching my nostrils, being cut to be above the nose, instead they cut it above my eyebrows and consider it a “small” trim. I dont recommend this place and it doesnt even deserve one star, should be half. I even said something along these lines as I was getting my haircut, “thats enough dont cut it any shorter please” and then they continue cutting it right after I said to stop. Learn how to do haircuts the way they would like it, not you.

Great place with excellent bartbers. Get ready for long waits for the guys in the first few chairs. They have young guys waiting two hours for them when the new guy and the girls are just as good. I can't understand why someone would wait that long for the same haircut? All barbers are great so go to any of them. Avoid weekends.

My husband and son have been going to Pete's for 10 years! All the barbers do a great job and are very friendly. The shop is clean and open daily, even Sundays. My son exclusively uses Claudio for his haircuts. His hair looks great every time. Highly recommend Pete's Barber Shop
