Good barber but very prejudice I sat and waited for a shapeup he let a guy who was a walk in go ahead of me mind u I been getting my hair cut by him for the last month or so avi doesn't treat African Americans fairly at all he only care about the Caucasians I don't think I would get my haircut by him anymore

Avi is the best barber in all of NYC. There is a good reason his shop is always busy, I come from the Bronx because he always cuts my hair exactly the way I want it.

Look no further for the best haircut. As someone that’s particular about his hair, Avi continues to crush it. Good eye, great attention to detail, receptive and good memory for regular appointments. Also great vibe - music, convos, really nice relief to step into an old school type environment for a few mins a month.

I gave 5 stars but I would give 10 stars if I could!! Avi the owner is the best! I would highly recommend. My entire family comes here from my father, my husband, even my kids now! I always tell people who are looking for a barber about this place. I feel very welcome and the quality of the services are excellent!

I lived in New York for 7 years. Spent the first 4 going to different barbers until I found Avi, and I never went anywhere else. He pays great attention to detail and is always on time when I make an appointment. And he’s a great guy. He could easily charge $100 but he charges $40. I moved to SF but every time I’m in New York I go get a cut from Avi. The best in the world!

1st the owner Avi is awesome. Great friendly welcoming personality. 2nd Avi is a true artisan and master of his craft. It was my 1st time visiting on a recommendation and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend visiting this shop for a cut if you're on NYC.

Avi is awesome! I am from Germany, stayed one week in New York and wanted to get a haircut at a NY barber. One of the best haircuts I ever got. Came in with shoulder long hair and came out with short hair. That was my plan :-) Very nice experience. Worked perectly out and I received lots of positive comments about the hair cut over the next days. Thank You!

I've been exclusively coming here for my haircuts for the past two years and couldn't be happier. Avi is a very skilled, professional, and nice guy. The price is also very reasonable given the quality and location. Would recommend him to anyone.
