In from out of town but I had a great experience with Russell at Top Barbershop. The shop has a welcoming vibe and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in. My barber took his time, paid attention to detail, and delivered a clean, sharp haircut exactly how I wanted it. The service was professional, the environment was comfortable, and I left feeling fresh and confident. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable spot for a quality cut.

Have been coming here since he opened and, even though I no longer live in the neighborhood, I keep coming back. Solid repeatable haircut every time and he always remembers how I like it. Could not recommend highly enough!

Amazing experience every time! The barber Shawn listens carefully and gives great suggestions based on your face shape and hair type. My fade and beard trim came out perfect. Clean, professional, and relaxing atmosphere. Amazing prices for superb services! I recommend making an appointment or stopping in for a fade and/or haircut and wash. Shawn is highly skilled in his trade and is always kind. I'm only in New York for 3 months and I am glad I stumbled upon Top Barbershop as I get my hair cut/cleaned up twice a month with a skin fade and trim. Shawn did an amazing job! He’s a pro with the scissors on long hair as much as he is clean with a fade using clippers. Gave me a great slick back with a low taper fade and faded/trimmed by beard. All that for a more than reasonable price!

This is our regular barber now. My teenage son always walks out with a big smile on his face, and the barber does a good job on a middle-aged man as well. Inexpensive for the location, very convenient to Grand Central.
