New barber, Dione, just took what I was asking for in one ear and it came straight out the other. I even provided pictures of what I wanted. Just freestyled a haircut on my head, and its amateurish and not at all what I wanted. Insane for this to happen at a shop charging these prices.

The best barber shop on the upper east side! The owner is so kind and Kathy is just amazing with kids!! My son never liked getting his haircut and now he actually looks forward to it and the haircut itself is just perfect. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Love this place. Been seeing Bobby for cuts for a while now. He is master class in the cuts he gives. His advice is spot on. Great atmosphere, friendly, and the cuts have been perfect every time.

Got a haircut and beard trim from Charlie today. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a barber. Charlie was great at listening to what I was looking for while also being able to guide and make great suggestions because of his expertise. The finished product is even better than I was hoping for, and Charlie will definitely be my go-to barber from now on. Highly recommend.
