I have been going to Solomon’s for a couple of years now! Always a great experience. They care really well to listen to what you’re asking for, care about you personally, and foster a great relaxed environment. Also gets cuts done well and in time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and always get a good haircut. The hours can be a little hard to work around but I haven’t found a better local barbershop

Alex is a top top barber. I’ve been having my hair cut by him for the last 10 years since I was at Columbia and I still travel across the city to see him today. He is efficient and a perfectionist and will use scissors to blend effectively. Highly recommend Solomon’s for a reliable and stylish cut.

Took my 3 year old after he tried to play barber on himself. He did a wonderful job. Little man was calm and he loved his cut. Thank you. We will definitely return.

I’ve been really happy with Alex, but just went for a haircut with one of the other barbers and it’s really disappointing. It was done in <20 minutes which sounds great until I noticed all the details and mistakes. It was rushed and now that I’m home to review it’s clear that it was 😔 Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. Check the other recent reviews - seems to be a pattern unfortunately. I wish I had

Hi, this is the barber who gave you haircut i'm sorry, but I explained to you that you have a cowlick and you ask me for number 4 blade you should have mention before I start haircut that you have cowlick in the back usually, my customers remind me before I start haircut that they have cowlick so this way, I can use my skill, cut it the right way

I really like taking my kids to get their cut from Albert. He’s a dad. He gets it. He’s patient and his end results are solid. My kids are wiggily and sometimes don’t really cooperate but he/we get it done. For about 4 years now I’ve been getting great results from Solomon’s barber shop which I happened upon by accident. It’s kind of a hole in the wall, could use a cleanup but im not expecting a salon experience. I’ll continue going here. It’s great.
