This is a higher end shop but the skill of the barbers is commensurate with the price. Definitely a great shop among the best I have been to. Nixon is the best barber in Manhattan.

We’ve been loyal customers of this barbershop since the day it opened. My husband and two sons have consistently gotten their haircuts here for years, and we’ve always supported the business. Unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly declined over the past year, culminating in an experience this week that has left us deeply disappointed. My son had a 9:30am appointment, and we walked in at 9:37am. To our surprise, Saul had just seated another client in the chair. Rather than greeting us or checking the schedule, he abruptly said, “Now you will wait for me!” — despite the fact that he hadn’t started cutting and his 10:00am client graciously offered to let us go first, acknowledging it was our scheduled time. While I understand the importance of punctuality, this kind of inflexible and dismissive attitude—especially toward a child—is completely unprofessional. What’s most frustrating is the double standard: Saul himself is regularly 10–15 minutes late to appointments, something we have tolerated time and again without complaint. Just recently, both of my sons were kept waiting past their scheduled times with no apology or explanation. It’s clear that as his business has grown, Saul has become more rushed, less accommodating, and increasingly rude. Rather than owning up to delays, he seems to blame his customers for even the slightest tardiness. We truly valued this shop in the beginning, but we can no longer support a business that treats loyal patrons with such disregard. Respect and consistency go both ways—something every small business owner should remember.

Very quality haircuts always and gummy snacks too. I am a regular here and always get the best of the best. Everything is run so smoothly and the hospitality is fantastic. Special thank you to Nixon.

Unfortunately had a bad cut here, but very friendly staff. The fade was decent though. Asked for an inch off the top that led to my hair being choppy. The front was too straight and long, then dipped down in length behind, and then another patch of hair was too long, did also made my head too boxy. After 2-3 iterations, I gave up and just paid. Paid $49 after tax and tip but honestly feels like a $15 cut.

Today I had a great time there with Jefferson. He was very careful and attentive to make my hair as I asked for. We had a fun conversation and laughs while he was working on my haircut. The place itself is nice, it has good music and the staff are very helpful.

Had a cut with Saul a month ago and was great! He commented on how I should cut my hair to fit my head shape and performed a careful and detailed job. Would 100% recommend. I went back and had a cut with Nixon. He went at my head for fifteen minutes with a clipper, roughing my skin and leaving me with a military cut that looks nothing like the picture I showed. Would not recommend him.

I've been going to Sharp Styles for 2 or 3 years now and the service, attention to detail, and quality of work has always been 5-star. I change my hair and beard style pretty frequently and they're always more than up to the job. I get tons of compliments after my appointments and that kind of says it all. Love these guys!

My son has had two haircuts here and they’ve both been outstanding. A toddler boy can be fairly squirmy when getting a high skin fade, but Jefferson has done an incredible job with him. We’ve gone to many other places asking for this haircut and this is the first time we’ve found a barber skilled enough to accomplish the task. Thank you, Jefferson!!

This place is hands down the best barbershop I've ever been to! Saul and his team can give you any haircut or style you are looking for. Everytime I leave after my haircut I feel great with a fresh look. The place is also very clean in a great neighborhood as well. You've gotta go here!
