Fast and clean haircut. Good barbers with a great attitude (kenny). Highly recommend. They do straight/asian hair as well.

Was eating breakfast early this morning as it was the only seat I could find. They kicked me out and said it was for clients only. I will never be a client with that type of customer service. The way you treat people goes a long way. I was just trying to eat my breakfast in peace. I had to sit on the sidewalk.

Recently moved to NYC and couldn’t find a consistent barber. Finally found Levels and couldn’t be happier. Ask for Wise! He does a great fade and a crisp line up. Fairly priced and that local shop feel. Sometimes I show up much earlier than my appointment just to sit and kick it with the guys!

Horrible! Took my grandson here after school a few days ago for a haircut, Guy started spraying alcohol in his eyes. I don't know which guy it was but he literally did it. First and last time, He's never touching my grandson's hair again.

Stay away from the tall dude with braids, the guy is incompetent and the worst barber I’ve ever had. My instructions were clear for a fade and just a bit off the top, then this guy proceeds to almost completely shave my head leaving me semi-bald. Worst barbershop in the city, first and last time.

Took my new friend to this spot in Harlem for her mohawk shape-up. At first, no one seemed interested in helping us except one guy, but a few minutes later, they warmed up to us. Her Mohawk fade turned out nice.

Best barber shop is right on point and if you want an excellent haircut go visit Kareem. He did a great job and I will be seeing him again very soon.

I had my hair cut by Kareem aka reem the dream. He took my hair from looking like a nightmare (it really needed a cut) to looking like a dream. He lives up to his name. Everyone in the shop was cool. They all listen to what you want and give you that plus more. They take haircuts to the next level. I guess that is why they are called Levels Barbershop. Easy location to get to, great prices, great cuts, great people, you're in and out with high quality work. What more could you ask for? I recommend this barbershop to anyone and i'd give it more than 5 stars if i could.

Trash... Went there today to get a cut. 2 open chairs. Tell the dudes what i was looking for (taper fade). One dude points the other and says he got it. The dude who he points to says he started yesterday and walks out the door. I go back to the first dude and he says he has appointments. Go outside to the other dude sitting outside getting blowed and tell him what the other barber said and he said, oh yeah I have appts too (mind u he said he just started yesterday)... Previous visits was 50/50-average cut. Never heard of barbers that RUN from making bread IN HARLEM... Mind u it was only around 3 on a wed So it was straight crickets in the shop... So like I said, TRASH

Come see the barber's here for a precise haircut. But for the very best from all the rest it's got to be Edgar. Ask for him by name and tell him I sent you. Promise you won't be disappointed. Very skilled and long time experience with all types of hair. If your not happy with your current barber wait no more come see Edgar at Levels.
