Never had to wait for an appointment. If anything, they took me early. Always a great experience at this barber shop. They are always on time, efficient and friendly. Other places in Hell’s Kitchen, that call them selves "the best" are not. I recommend Mike if your looking for a great fade.

I sent my son to get a hair cut. We made an appointment and he was seen 40 min later. He asked for very specific things with his haircut and the guy did not honor him. He told my son he knew what he was doing. My son left with a haircut that was way to short and not what he asked for. He ran out of the shoo crying and yelling. There is no way to contact the shop so unfortunately I will give feedback here.

Been coming to this shop for 2 years ever since I moved to NYC. I’m very particular about my hair and the guys here know how to get the job done with the perfect balance of efficiency and precision. The music is on point and I’m always offered water or other spirits to get my weekend started early. Gabby and Mikey are my usual barbers, but Justin has “Barber Shop” tattooed on his neck so I know I can give him my money with confidence!

Danny was great company and a seasoned barber! Really satisfied with my haircut. I wish the space was a little bigger (for their sake), but it contributed to the friendly atmosphere inside. Great hospitality from all the staff present and had an informative consultation! :) Will be back again.

hey, brian! you messed up my cut! like a lot. i showed you exactly what i wanted and i got the exact opposite. it is a total travesty. it was overpriced. you also cut my neck, and didn’t have the care to brush the tufts of my sheared hair off the back of my shirt. if you ever decide to go here, ask for anyone but brian.

I got a haircut with Mike on 1/25. I arrived a few minutes to my appointment and Mike was just finishing with a prior client he saw me right on time. Very friendly reception to the shop everyone was nice and professional. Mike gave me a great haircut. Will definitely come back to see you tabarish.

They just forgot my reservation even though I made it over a week in advance. instead of celebrating a visit to a barber during my vacation in New York, I felt like a slaughter chicken. Instead of the planned 40 minutes, they finished everything in 20. Average effect - for my regular barber in Poland they do it better, but what to expect at such a speed? Chybw, that we have better barbers in Poland than in New York?

I went to this barbershop for the first time last week and had a great experience. Alex is a great barber and takes his time to really give you a great haircut. I never felt rushed or like I was being pushed out for the next customer. The vibe of the barbershop is nice. It never feels super overcrowded, and everyone who works there is very personable and will greet you as you come in. I highly recommend this barbershop and recommend getting an appointment with Alex.

This is the best barbershop in town. Danny is really good, taking great care of his customers! Not only I got my best haircut from here, but I also had a good time, this barbershop has a good vibe overall. Definitely coming back. Update: I had my hair cut by Alex, who's a new barber, and he did a great job! He's very meticulous and cares about his customers, I totally recommend him!

Started coming to this barber again once Carolina got a hold of my locks...she does great work and a genuinely great person. You won’t be disappointed!
