I previously left a low review after an experience with one barber that did not reflect the business as a whole. I’m updating my review to acknowledge the way the owner personally addressed my concerns and took responsibility for resolving the issue. I’ve since worked with several of the barbers here and have consistently been satisfied with the quality of their work. The owner’s willingness to listen, engage thoughtfully, and make things right speaks to the integrity of the business. Based on both the service I’ve received and the professionalism demonstrated, I’m comfortable recommending this shop again to anyone looking for a great cut.

Usually get great service at this location, but last visit I got nicked twice during the straight razor shave. I have some decent sized moles on my neck so I totally get that things happen, but the barber didn’t say anything or apologize when it happened (felt the nick but just thought the hair got tugged a bit). Didn’t even know anything had happened until I got back home and my girlfriend pointed it out. Every other haircut I’ve had here was great, so was a little surprised at the service.

Been coming here for more than 4 years and Isaias has been my guy the whole time. Super consistent, pays attention to detail, and clean fades + tapers every time. At this point i barely have to explain what i want done, he just knows. Super solid barber and easy recommendation

Ace absolutely crushed it. Showed a picture of what I liked from a previous cut and he knocked it out of the park. Meticulous and precise. This is my third visit since moving to the city and each time, it’s the best barber experience I’ve had.

Today Ace cut my hair. I honestly don’t know what I’m supposed to do with my hair so I just told Ace “Do whatever you think looks good.” I’m glad I did! He did a fantastic job!

I’ve been getting my fade done weekly with Dan and he never misses. Always consistent, sharp, and professional—never a bad cut, never an unnecessary compliment, just great work every single time. I always have a nice experience when getting a haircut at Gotham City Barber Shop. Today, I asked for something new (mid drop skin fade) and Jay, the owner, did a fantastic job! I love my new look and highly recommend this barbershop. Walk-ins are welcomed.
