Ok so now I have a new barber in NY. Everything you could ask for in a barber, friendly, listens, and good conversation. Full shave head and face. Warm lather, hot towel. So if you live or just visiting this is a go-to place. Still great head and face shave, Joe is friendly and professional. A must stop.

It’s hard to find a great barber in NYC, but here you have Boris, the best! And in a pinch, his son is a close 2nd. Add to that a very reasonable price, and you don’t need to look any further. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years. I moved to Florida 9 months ago but i haven’t missed a cut- i see Boris each time i visit. Get your hair cut here! Be happier!

If you have medium long hair, I would not recommend. Multiple times I very explicitly said do not cut off length as I’m trying to grow out my hair. He says he understands. What does he do? Chops everything off.

I just moved into the neighborhood and love that this is a long-time family business! Avi did an amazing job with my haircut and beard trim. He completely understands the shape of your head and gives a perfect cut intuitively without needing to give direction. His fades are perfect, and he has a great selection of tools that he uses. He did the beard with really good precision with the straight razor. I’ll definitely be back for my next cut with him!

One time by chance and convenience, I took my son to this barbershop for a haircut and after Boris gave him the best cut ever, we have been loyal customers since! I highly recommend coming to Boris for an exceptional haircut along with a smile! He is a master at what he does and he takes his time and creates a beautiful finished product every time!

Love this barber shop. It’s very affordable and the barbers there are very good and very consistent. They see a lot of clients and still remember how I like my hair cut without me even asking. If you’re a guy and are looking for your new NYC place, you can’t get better than Boris

Went here on 3.29.2024. Haircut for $25 and beard trim for $15. Got a skin fade. The barber was a young guy and he did a great job. Lot of care went into the lineups and cutting the top with proper proportions. Could be a bit rough with brushing hair off and handling the face but I'm very happy with the results.
