It’s my first time in NYC and I came without a cut and I’m very anxious about who I let cut my hair. They were very cool about me being a walk-in and Swayne took care of me. I just wanted a simple taper and he lined me up and took care of my beard without it being crazy overpriced. Definitely a cool spot to come back too.

Great place to get a hair cut - clean, hospitable and in a good location. Wayne always does a GREAT JOB and takes his work seriously. Ask for Wayne - he's an artist with the clippers! I'd been looking for a barber for a long time, stopped by Finesse Cuts Barbershop several months ago, and have been a return customer ever since.

I've been looking for a new barber for the past year. Based on other reviews, I decided to give Finesse Cuts a shot and got an appointment with Chanel. He was excellent and provided a great experience - I found my new barber! I appreciated that Chanel took his time with my cut, he regularly checked in to ensure that what he was doing aligned with what I wanted, and he had a cool and positive energy. Chanel works by appointment only, so call the shop number in advance to get on his schedule. If you can't get a slot with Chanel, one of the other guys in the shop can hook up you because they were also doing really good work.

Great Place!!! Everyone in there is very friendly and accommodating. I have been going to Chanel for 5 years. He is professional, punctual, and consistent. All barbers (adhere to or practice the proper safety and health requirements) and are welcoming to all.

Been coming to Finesse Cuts since they opened. They are a GREAT business that I would recommend to anyone. I love the fact the shop feels like a barbershop should with all the back and forth BS men do. At the same time they are also professional. Great combination. Chanel is my barber and he is on point with his business as he keeps me aware of his schedule and is always accommodating if I need him. I tell people all the time he is the best barber in NY. ALL the other barbers are great as well. I pay attention to their clients and the service they get is also top notch. All in all Finesse Cuts ✂️ is the way to go. Mo from NJ

I’ve been coming to this barbershop since early 2016. Since the beginning, the barber Chanel has taken care of me each time and always given me a fresh cut. It’s super convenient since I currently work near Bryant Park, so it’s always a short walk. Even when I worked briefly in the Financial District, I still commuted uptown to make my appointments with Chanel. He’s that good. One of the Best Barbershops in the City, loyal client for over 5 years. Chanel is a master at his craft and makes you feel like family. The entire Finesse staff is friendly and the shop is always welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone to check them out!

I’ve gotten all types of haircuts at finesse cuts and I’ve never been disappointed. Chanel is a professional at his craft. Appointments are on time, theirs no rushing haircuts. I’ve recommended my friends and NOT 1 person has come back dissatisfied. These guys are ARTISTS with those machines.

If you're looking for a quality barbershop in New York City that offers premium haircuts, has a good vibe, and is easy to get to, check out Finesse Cuts near Times Square. I'm the type to get haircuts every 1-2 weeks depending on the hairstyle I'm rocking so finding the right barber is something I take very serious. In a city like New York you're going to find a lot of talent but what did it for me was Finesse Cuts' balance between a quality cut, fair prices for the area, and reasonable availability. Winston, the owner, is my barber and his attention to detail is top notch. He was very attentive and checked in a couple of times during my first cut to make sure I got what I wanted. I was happy and surprised (in a good way) he got it right the first time. As for the prices, NYC isn't a cheap place to rent space so you're always wondering how much of this will be passed on to the consumer. Compared to other places I looked at in the city, their prices are definitely fair. Lastly, I'm able to get my time slot when I plan ahead. You don't want a barber that's always available but you don't want one that you can't see for weeks either. If you're looking for a barbershop, I highly recommend checking out Finesse Cuts.
