Cool Barber spot with helpful barbers. The ambiance is family friendly and they have quality Barbers where just about every body can give you a quality chop! Updated Sept 2023: everything still solid here. I still go to Jerm for my revitalizations. 😂

I reside in Queens and Figs Barber Shop was recommended to me. I decided to cut my locks which I had for over 20 years and the Barber, Scissor was recommended to me. Scissor presented professionalism, knowledgeable and explained the best cut that will enhance my new look. I was extremely satisfied and have embraced my new look. I am absolutely certain that all of the Barbers at Figs Barber Shop are great and the environment is clean, However, I can only share my personal experience with Mr. Scissor. I had an unfortunate experience with Jerm.He arrived 20 minutes late for our appointment. Besides that, after cutting my hair half way, he asked me to allow him to cut 3 peoples hair, then he would finish mine. Unfortunately, I kindly allowed him to cut his other clients' hair because he was late and unprofessional. I hope that the barber can learn from this experience and begin to practice as a professional barber. Jerm has great skills, however, he Jack's insight and integrity in practicing as a barber.

Dropped in for a quick line up ... I didn’t get the barbers name but he’s in the third chair ... tall, dark and easy on the eyes! Lined me up perfectly (I’m super picky about my lineup) Not like I’ll be back in Harlem anytime soon but if I do, I’ll be getting my lineup again, HERE, by him

I've been going here for over a year and it's the best place in Harlem to get a good haircut. The barbers treat you like family and there's good vibes. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to over 15 Barbershop’s in New York, searching for a barber who can give quality cuts consistently and until I went to Figs barbershop I couldn’t find one. But one step into the shop and I knew this was it. The entire shop is professional and fun at the same time. Family friendly, good vibes and good haircuts. That’s what you get when you come to Figs

This is one of the best barber shop in Harlem and its the perfect man-cave for men. The barbers are very professional , friendly , welcoming and they’re the best mix of old school service and razor sharp haircuts. The salon is very clean and organized and the prices for haircuts are reasonable .I highly recommended Fitz because every time I take my 5 yers old grandson there he always gives him the best haircut. There’s no appointment necessary it’s first come first serve basic by writing down your name in a book that’s provided at the front door. If you can wait patiently this is the place and believe me you won’t be bored because old school and new school music filled the air plus there’re two big flat screen TV for sports fan and regular re-run comedy tv shows. It worth the wait
