Got a cut from Mario and felt he did an absolutely fantastic job. Got it cut exactly how I want (better than usual) and really nice hot towel and shave. Highly recommend!

Can always rely on Excellence for quality haircuts and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve gotten my hair cut with Mario and Frank at this location and both are great. I’ve been to Excellence multiple times over the years and would feel confident walking in and sitting down at anyone’s chair who works there.

I needed to find a new barber, so I walked into Excellence on Broadway and got a great haircut from Frank. He was always checking to make sure that I was satisfied with what he was doing. I will definitely go there again for my next haircut!

I’ve been going to the 81st Street Excellence Barber shop for over 4 years now. It is the only place I’ll get a haircut from and Alan does a fantastic job every single time! Highly recommend this place, as the name speaks for itself!

Alan did an excellent job for my haircut! He took his time to first wash my hair, then did a scissors cut, perfected the hair length and even did a neck shave with a new blade! What else can I say! They are excellent!

Had my first haircut with Alan. My preference is a classic mid-length haircut with scissors that runs for a month+. He listened and did a great job. Perfect haircut and great service. Definitely recommend!
