They are amazing!!!! I got my haircut here the last two times and both times 10 out of 10, I go to Andy. I would reccommend to book an appointment because it gets crowded

I’ve been coming to Elegant Barber Shop for months now and Andy is the absolute best when it comes to beard trims — precise, consistent, and genuinely takes pride in his work. He’s been keeping me sharp every visit. The rest of the staff is just as solid — super welcoming, respectful, and know how to run a tight ship. Always a good vibe from the moment you walk in. I went there and showed him the haircut on my phone, but he used a different style. On top of that, it only took 10 minutes! I told him to shorten the sides to a zero, but he didn't. He kept saying it was a zero, but it wasn't. And to top it all off, he told me the total was $40, even though it said the cut was $35. I paid a huge amount for nothing! It's the worst haircut I've ever had. I deeply regret it. 😖💔💔💔💔

I had an outstanding experience with Mariana in New York! She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Mariana took so much time, paid attention to every little detail, and made sure everything was perfect. She truly cares about her work and the result shows — simply amazing! I highly recommend her if you want a top-notch haircut.

John is a terrible barber. I've been going to him for quite some time. He started off good, but for some reason he has gotten worse and worse. I get the same haircut with a straight razor finish everytime. For some reason he decided to cut my neck one time. I thought it was an accident and didn't think anything about it. I went back and he cut my neck again on the opposite side (picture). When I confronted him he said maybe to not get the razor finish anymore. I went back today and ask for the same 0.5 to a 3 high fade and he didn't even give me a 0.5. I'm not sure what his problem is but he is unethical. The city should take away his license. Edit: Max the owner of Elegant barbershop reached out to me after he saw my review. He apologized profusely for what happened and gave me a refund for the haircut no questions asked. I very much appreciate it. I think there are good barbers at Elegant barbershop, but John is not one of them. John is unethical and his license should be taken away.
