Super convenient and efficient. The atmosphere in this barbershop is friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a clean, classic haircut, this is the place to go. They also repair watches, which is a nice bonus.

Today and the last few cuts over the past few months have been suboptimal. I had to go home and correct my haircut (trimmings around the ears and sideburns). Plus the person who cut my hair (small, pudgy with glasses) had someone else’s hair on the chair and did not clean their clippers (had remnants of previous person’s hair cut). Wasn’t detailed oriented and basically finished my fade haircut in 5 minutes (they didn’t do a fade cut). Won’t be going back. You get what you pay for as they say.

Michael's great! And he knows exactly how to cut my hair right based on texture and volume. Been coming here for a long time and will continue to do so!

I have been coming to Michael at David’s barber shop for several months now and he’s my new go-to. The whole shop is an incredible spot with awesome guys committed to giving you a great cut at an incredible price. 10/10

I’ve been bringing my son here for years, and Michael always gives him the best haircut. My son doesn’t trust anyone else with his hair! Everyone here is so friendly, professional, and makes every visit a great experience. Highly recommend! 💈✂️

This place looks like your classic NYC neighborhood barber shop, faded mirrors, dudes talking sports, probably a jar of blue liquid no one’s ever cleaned. True to form, they don’t take reservations. It’s walk-ins only, which I actually respect. It’s old-school. It’s on brand. Now, here’s where the scissors slip. I walk in and the barber closest to the door tells me it’s just a 10-minute wait. Bold claim, considering the waiting area looked like a casting call for The Sopranos. But whatever, I’m here for it. I thank him and sit down. A couple minutes later, I step outside for a phone call. Call runs five minutes, tops. Come back in, same dudes still waiting, no problem. Except now people who arrived after me are getting called up like they’ve got VIP passes. I ask what’s up and get told, with full confidence, that there’s no list, no queue, no system. You’re supposed to mentally track who came in when and fend for yourself like it’s a bar fight for beard trims. So unless you’re prepared to play barbershop Hunger Games, memorize every face in the room and sharpen your elbows. Maybe you’ll get a cut. Maybe you’ll just get cut. Either way, you’ll leave with a story... and possibly a decent fade.

Great experience! The Barbers provided a great service. Fernando is one of the best barbers I ever had , knew how to manage my semi long hair like a pro! Hard to find a better deal

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Mike, and he is hands down one of the best barbers in NYC. His attention to detail is top-notch, and he gives a clean, precise fade every time. He’s consistent, listens to what you want, and somehow makes it look even better than you imagined. On top of that, he’s friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a barber who truly knows his craft, I can’t recommend Mike enough.

My go-to spot for a haircut in NYC is a barber shop that I've been going to for years, and I can't recommend it enough. Michael, my barber, is simply the best. He's incredibly skilled and always gives me a perfect cut. The atmosphere is always welcoming and the conversation is great. On top of all, the prices are unbeatable, especially for New York City. You'd be hard-pressed to find this level of quality at such a reasonable cost anywhere else. It's a great place, and I always leave feeling and looking my best. If you're in need of a great haircut from an even greater barber, you have to go see Michael.

(Re rating to a 2 star)This is my second time getting a haircut here. First time I got a haircut it was good. This time not as much I asked just for a low fade and nothing on top. I just think this time it was uneven and cut way too short. I went to Michael both times so idk if he was just having an off day. Edit - One side it’s a low fade and other is high fade as you can see in the picture. It’s not strange for putting a 2 star for an uneven fade. Yes I did like the first haircut I got there. This time is just uneven as you can see in the picture

Hello Fernando, it’s strange how you put a one star review the second time but put nothing for the first time you clearly liked the hair cut. You got exactly what you asked for so I believe this is review is unjustified.
