These guys do it all. Mike and Mark have each cut my hair and the finished product has me coming back every time! Never had to wait longer than about 20 minutes and a quality cut in downtown NYC for $30 can’t be beat. If you work in FiDi, you have to check this place out. Go in the building, down the escalator, and around the corner

I have been coming here since mid-September and I have gotten an exceptional haircut every time. Service is professional and efficient. You are in and out in a timely manner. This is the best barber shop in the neighborhood by a long shot. Recommend to anybody in the area

First rate, consistent service from a professional crew. I’d put them up against any other barber shops in the area and I’m confident they would STILL surpass the competition. Highly recommend this shop!

I have been coming here for years. If Ron Swanson could get his haircut anywhere after Salvatore's passing, I am pretty sure he would pick this place!

Great barber. Fast, consistently good, nice atmosphere. A little hard to find the first time. Go to the address, enter the building, and go down the escalator. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for more than 2 years. All the barbers are crazy talented and always cut my hair exactly as desired. Very strongly recommend!

I’ve been going to Bluechip for the last 6 haircuts or so and every time I’ve gotten a really good clean cut. I’m at 5/5 on their consistent quality (consistency is most important for a barber imo). Shop is a bit hard to find, once you’re in the lobby you’ve got to go down the stairs and do a 180 to the left.

I recently started work back in the city and was desperate to find a new barber nearby to minimize and simplify one of life's regular chores. I tried a few other spots near my new building with little fanfare on the final results. Mike from Blue Chip nailed my hair transformation on the first try! I brought some pics in and he knew exactly what to do converting my grown out older hairstyle into a chopped, textured & faded masterpiece. I have found my new barber shop! Thanks, Mike.

Mark is my guy!! Hard to find a barber whom can fade asian hair. Let alone someone that is also a great person to chat with! He’s one the best in the area!! Go see him, trust me. The fade is immaculate!

I have been working and living in NYC for over 10years now. I don’t have time to worry about where I’m going for my haircut or what I’m going to get. My Guy Mark makes it simple. If you’re looking for some relief when it comes to finding a barbershop in NYC stop by Blue Chip Haircutters. I used to pay 45$ a week in Chelsea, I get a better cut for a better price at blue chip. Simplicity and efficiency at its finest.
