Zero costumer service and costumer support, can’t book an appointment, you need to call them few days in advance, although I am regular, and the person that cuts my hair usually is not working today. 0 team work and assistance. Big ZERO

Could you please clarify whether you spoke with someone over the phone or in person at the shop?<br><br>Some of our barbers do require appointments to be scheduled in advance, as their schedules often fill up for the entire week. At times, this can make it challenging to accommodate last-minute requests, even for regular clients.<br><br>Would you mind letting us know which barber you usually see? This shop isn't just for the guys—it’s fantastic for women too! If you’re looking for a great cut, I highly recommend Jenn. She exceeded all my expectations. As a busy mom, I usually need a "wash and go" style because my mornings are overwhelming, and Jenn was so informative about how to maintain my look while keeping things simple. I walked out feeling presentable and refreshed! The shop is clean, warm, and has a very cozy atmosphere. Thanks, Jenn!

Booked an appointment online for 10am. Showed up and it’s closed. Waited around for 15 min, no one showed. Called twice, no one answered. Not cool

If I could give zero stars, I would. Johan completely ruined my haircut. I clearly told him I wanted just a small trim on top and to keep the sides the same, but he cut my hair way too low — the exact opposite of what I asked for. To make it worse, he poked me in the eye with his scissors while cutting — and didn’t even apologize. Not a single “sorry” or acknowledgment, like it was no big deal. That’s beyond careless and honestly dangerous. And don’t expect him to respect your time either. He doesn’t just show up late — he constantly changes the time last minute, over and over again. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I walked out of there frustrated, disappointed, and honestly shocked by how bad the whole experience was. Never again. Avoid Johan at all costs.

My son got his Little Captain buzz cut here and Alex and Jenn (separately) gave him such a warm welcome and were so understanding of his hesitation around the buzzing machine. Everyone there is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend. It’s a really fun space too. Cute little toys and memorabilia on shelves. We’ll definitely be back.

Got my haircut with Ruben. Highly satisfied with my haircut and overall great experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed by his team. My haircut occurred On-time, I had booked a 2pm slot on Booksy and was in his chair at 2. Throughout my appointment was asked about my personal preferences in haircut style/cut, and beard length, and personal preference of the beards side finish. Always a good time and vibe at this barbershop. I’ll be back again for sure.

I don’t usually have the time to treat myself to a relaxing self care day but today I was able to and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Jasmine was super professional, knowledgeable, and even cracked a few good jokes. She did a skin analysis and customized a deep pore facial for me (much needed!) and made sure I was comfy and cozy throughout the entire process (I even took a nap lol). I left feeling super refreshed and my skin hasn’t glowed like this forever! I’ll be going back as often as I can to upkeep my skin care with her and will definitely be sending everyone her way! Prices are reasonable and first time clients do get an introductory discount - win win!

I have to say my experience with Better Body Beauty was amazing. I had a back scrub treatment and it was great. Jasmine was very professional and comforting. I definitely recommend for anyone who wants someone who’s gonna provide a great service but also strives to bring a level of comfort that will have you not wanting to leave your session. And for the amount of work the prices are extremely reasonable. I will definitely be going back soon.

Had to drag this child here due to bad experiences that led him to cut his hair himself. After being hesitant to sit in the chair, Ruben was determined to gain his trust and give him a picture perfect haircut he would love. Ruben was attentive to details, answered my sons questions giving him a very detailed and precise cut. Steps were explained along with products used for styling at home. My son is very pleased smiling from ear to ear and asked to return for his next haircut. Thank you for being kind and caring.

Went in on a whim & a hunch, after over a year & a half without a haircut thanks to COVID, the owner himself personally took me aside and made me look better than I thought I could going in - I'm still honestly shocked at the results. Ruben's clearly a master and dedicated to his craft, as well as the rest of his team. I wish I'd had this barber my entire life.
