Have been getting my haircut here for years. The guys are quick, well priced and do a good job. If you go in December the last station becomes a mini bar and you can leave your haircut feeling extra spirited on the house.

Best barbershop in Astoria! Alex, Raphael, and the OG Mark all do a phenomenal job. I highly recommend them—especially if you have a child with disabilities. My 12-year-old, who has disabilities, is always treated with dignity and respect. The team works quickly while still delivering top-notch haircuts and service. Best of all, they create a welcoming and inclusive environment. As they always say when the haircut’s done: “Nice and clean!”

Allan’s is the best barbershop in Astoria, ive been coming here for years. The cuts are spot on, envrionment is fun and the prices are good. Alex has been my barber since I started coming here and I wouldnt change until he retires.

My husband and my boys are going there for the past 7 years. They guys are very nice and friendly. My husband is always happy to go there and get a clean haircut every 2 weeks. Highly suggest this place to everyone 😊

Other customers were waiting for the owner to give them their haircut, which I should have done as well. I received a haircut from one of the other guys. I usually never leave reviews but this was one of the worst haircuts of my life. He was also condescending the whole time.

Allan’s III is an amazing barbershop. Their fades were always on point and I always got compliments from friends and colleagues after getting my hair cut there. $25 is an extremely reasonable price for such high quality haircuts, you could easily pay $40 for a worse cut in NYC. I would highly recommend this barbershop to any man who wants a clean haircut. All of the guys are great, and the vibe is always right. I wish I could have taken this shop with me when I moved away from the city.

The guys at Allan’s III are on point EVERY single time. I’ve been a regular customer (every 3-4 weeks) for a few years now and this review is long overdue. I highly recommend Alan’s III, even if you have to travel a bit to get to them. They’re very experienced and it shows in the precision of their work. The gentleman are also very friendly and make for nice conversation!

Great local place owned by a dad and two brothers. I’ve been coming here for around 20 years and Alex has always left me “nice and clean” with an efficiently well done haircut and witty banter. You can’t go wrong with a haircut from any of the guys here, and they are always friendly when you bump into them around the neighbourhood! Pro tip: get there early in the day if you don’t want to wait. Even if you do have to wait you will be amused by the different people chatting around you.

These guys are great, been coming here for three years, and I've always been very happy with the results. Found out about them when I first moved to Ditmars, and haven't stopped coming by ever since. Alex gives awesome haircuts and is always fun to chat with - excellent haircuts every time!
