These guys only cater to their buddies. Dont waste your time waiting for a barber. Their buddies come in after you and get in before you. I sat through 6 barbers and all sat their buddies before me. Maybe 1 or max 2 may have an appt before me but 6 straight barbers? It's definitely mismanaged. The establishment is not well kept at all. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them anything lower. Spend your money elsewhere

Im sorry about your concern but in every barbershop you go if you dont make an appoinment with your chosen barber unfurtunately you will have to wait until the barber has no appointment for the day since each barber has all their schedule with each of their customer. You choose your barber and make an appointment with him that way it doesnt happen in the future. Every barbershop works with appointment unless they are new.

For the record I'm Spanish and it's not about race it's about bad business promoting. Website should say apartment only. I myself walked in wasn't greeted and told with a attitude you have to wait. Just the feeling alone made me walk out. Never to return.

If you don’t speak Spanish, They make you wait almost 45 minutes before telling you that you need an appointment. Never coming back here. Edit In response to the owner: not every barbershop goes by appointment. Instead of making people wait long periods of time before telling them, why don’t you inform upon arrival, like smart business owners do. Plus upon reading the reviews, I’m not the only one who had a bad experience because of this and the discrimination you guys seem to display.

There are two aspects of it- Haircut and overall experience. They do a decent job of giving you a haircut, but overall experience is just bad. I went there with my kid and waited for my turn, but there were folks (5 to be exact) who showed up later than I did and they just walked in to get the cut. There was one gentleman who seemed like he might have an appointment but others were like me, but after waiting for 45 mins I just gave up and walked out. It's just painful, you might have a better experience if you are Spanish speaking.

Got a great haircut here. Really good fade. Great attention to detail. Very clean inside and out, good air conditioning, and they have a vending machine with drinks. Only downside is only a couple of the barbers speak English, the rest only Spanish. Not a problem for me, but for any non Spanish speakers this may be a consideration.

I had a nice beard I had grown for 2 years. I asked the barber to trim the ends and he cut off about 5 inches of it. The head cut was decent. The atmosphere was absolute trash. I called ahead to see if there were any chairs open and I was told there was to come on in. Upon arrival the rude staff assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and proceeded to run their mouths about making appointments and first come first serve. And the word “Gringo” was thrown around not knowing that I’m Spanish speaking. Definitely not worth the money or the disrespect. To be honest they’re lucky as hell I didn’t refuse to pay and embarrass them all. Don’t come here!
