Terrible customer service. Guy was yelling at the customer instead of fixing the problem and knowing he was in the wrong and they don’t even clean their tools.

Look, young man, with all due respect, I spoke with the barber, and he simply told me that he did to the child what you showed me in the photo. Secondly, he said the child didn't move while he was cutting his hair. So, if you posted this negative comment to harm us, you're mistaken. I will contact Google and report you.

Had good experiences my first two times going here, but my third and last time wasn't pleasant. I get my haircut once a month. Alfredo's a great barber, who will cut your hair the way that you want it to be cut. Unfortunately, while entering the barber shop on my third visit, someone decided to blast rap music too loud, and there was a racist Dominican customer with a bald head, who they all seemed to know. He kept giving me angry looks until I showed him that he wasn't pumping any fear into this tough Italian man by giving him the same looks that he was giving me! I was eventually going to give this place 5 stars, but decided to give it 3 due to this last visit.

3rd time here and my boyfriend always leaves with a pep in his step and looking fantastic. For reference he has a beard, mustache, and needed a haircut too. This guy in the picture is not only a great barber but patient and kind as well. I looked around, the place was full, the music was lively and the atmosphere was awesome. I was also watching the other barbers with their customers, all different types of hair and beards and all different aged customers. They welcome everyone. It is by appointment and they accept walk-ins as well. Prices are very fair and this is a great local spot. Very impressed!

Visited this place for the first time and got a solid haircut. Didn’t catch the name of the barber, but he did a great job. Super clean fade, quick service, and the vibe in the shop was chill.

I liked the way they cut my hair, but the barber did his own thing and shaved my whole beard off. I said a haircut, not beard trim. Now I gotta walk around looking dumb till that grows back. Very frustrating.

This is my favorite barber shop I've found in the area. The place is very clean and the barbers are friendly. My go to barber is Ariel, any time I text for an appt he is very accommodating and always does a great job with my hair. I recommend seeing Ariel or any of the guys.

Been to Nice Cuts a handful of times now for my son, and every visit has been great. Ariel has been our guy every time and is awesome. Perfect cut how my little guy wants it every time. Everyone there is super nice and always come up to say hi to him. Pricing isn’t bad at all, cheaper than other places we’ve tried and these guys know what they’re doing.

Great place. Came in at opening and was in and out within a half an hour. Got the exact cut I was looking for with no issues. I tend to have issues getting the cut I want at salons, but I had no problems at Nice Cuts Barbershop! They were kind and welcoming. The place was nice and clean. Much better prices than a salon too! Would definitely recommend!

Nice Cuts Barbershop truly came to our rescue on Labor Day! When my son's regular barber unexpectedly closed, we were in a bit of a bind, but Nice Cuts saved the day. They not only accommodated us last minute but also delivered a haircut that can only be described as perfection. The barber's attention to detail was outstanding, and my son left the shop looking sharp and feeling confident. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome and at ease. It's not easy to find a reliable and skilled barber, especially in a pinch, but we are so grateful to have stumbled upon Nice Cuts Barbershop.
