I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a barber before, but this was the first time. Really poor customer service. I came in at 5:35 and clearly said I didn’t have an appointment. I took a seat and waited. After about 20 minutes, while barbers were free, someone else walked in at 6 pm without an appointment and was seen ahead of me. When I raised it, they said they thought I had an appointment, even though I had clearly said I didn’t. So I ended up wasting nearly half an hour for no reason. By then everyone was busy, including with the 6 pm walk-in who went ahead of me. I wasn’t going to wait even longer, so I left. Very disappointing experience.

I only gave them a 5 star rating because there was a 5$ discount. I called ahead to make sure I got the most seasoned barber, they ruined my hair and gave me the worst haircut this place is crap do not go here and they overcharge. I got a quick trim I wanted to maintain my hair and grow it out and they ruined my hair and 3 months of growth.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I honestly won’t go anywhere else. The shop has a great vibe — clean, welcoming, and super professional. Sam is my barber and he’s top tier. He really listens to what you want, pays attention to detail, and somehow makes every cut look even better than I imagined. The fades are clean, the lines are sharp, and the whole experience feels relaxed and easy. What I appreciate most is the consistency — every time I leave the chair, I feel confident. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about their craft, book with Sam. You won’t regret it.

Kwik Barbershop is hands down one of the best barbershops I’ve been to. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe from the moment you walk in. The real standout, though, is Moustafa. He’s an incredibly skilled barber who clearly takes pride in his work. He listens carefully to what you want, gives honest advice, and delivers a clean, sharp cut every time. Moustafa’s attention to detail is next level—everything from the fade to the lineup is flawless. He takes his time and never rushes, which really shows in the final result. On top of that, he’s friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. If you’re looking for consistent quality, great service, and a barber you can trust, Kwik Barbershop and Moustafa are the way to go. Highly recommend!

My Kids do hair cut here & belive me they are humble & really good at thier work. They maintain Hygiene a lot , when come to kids. My son got a smart hair cut here. Thanx to sam & Team

Very cool place. Sam is my favorite barber. I followed him from previous location. Fair price, good service, comfortable seats. You can book online. They even have restroom.

I’ve been coming to Kwik Barber and Beauty since I moved to Jersey City. I am very pleased with the service and quality of the haircut that I get from Mustafa. We tried a new hairstyle for myself and he was able to get it the way that I wanted it. I would highly recommend the barber shop to anyone wanting great service and a great cut!

Stylebegin is amazing! Been coming here for almost a year now and have only great things to say! The barbers are super friendly and very good at what they do! Saleb is the absolute man and does a fantastic job every time! Jay is also great! The shop is always super clean and if you don’t have an appointment, they’ll still do their best to accommodate walk ins. Prices are super affordable too. Highlight recommend this spot - just what we needed in the neighborhood!
