Adji is an incredibly hairstylist and she’s done the best braids I’ve ever had!! Clean parts, efficient timing, & 10/10 hospitality. Service at the American Trimmers Barbershop was great. Kodjo was super professional and personable. I got the Treat Yourself package and I wasn’t disappointed. My hair was washed, face mask and facial provided along with hair cut and beard trim. I would recommend to anyone who’s looking to step out with a fresh and clean fit

There aren’t enough words to describe the BEAUTIFUL staff at this shop! The barber Kodjo (Who is also the OWNER) is my husband’s barber and Adji is my and my daughter stylist and then the have Keeda who’s also our stylist! Lol.., From day one they welcomed us with opened arms and now we are FAMILY!! The HOSPITALITY is UNMATCHED!!!!🙌🏽♥️🙌🏽 I highly recommend if you’re looking for a GREAT CUT FELLA’S or some GREAT BRAIDS LADIES!!😁🙌🏽🔥. My daughter wanted her hair done last minute for back to school , I walked into the shop and ask Adji was she available last minute , with someone in her chair she said yes come back in one hour I will call you & she did just that! Amazing service!

I absolutely love American Trimmers Barbershop especially Adji, she is amazing at what she does! This lady did my hair and she was so nice and respectful, truly made me feel welcome. Their customer service is amazing, and I was blown away by how affordable the prices are. They even provide the hair for free! All I had to do was choose a style, and they took care of everything. The experience was smooth, professional, and honestly relaxing. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

keda, kodjo, and adji are some of the best people you can allow touch ur hair in jersey. I've been a customer of this shop for some time now, and every visit leaves me more impressed than the last. From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming atmosphere that makes me feel at home. they are truly professionals and what sets them apart from the rest are not only their skill but genuine care and attention they give to each customer. i mainly get my braids done by keda so all the styles in photos were done by her (KEDA IS THE BESTTT❤️). but if you are thinking of going to anywhere in jersey for your hair make here the first stop‼️

If you’re reading this review, just book your appointment NOW because this shop is it. The service provided is untouchable. Adji & The Owner Kodjo sent every client walking out looking goodie for the runway. Okay! Then it was my turn 😝…… I walked in to get my hair done on a Saturday & felt a comforting homey vibe from the start. Good music, Air conditioning, clean, calm & Jokey environment, you can feel when people truly love what they do! Nothing sloppy, nothing rushed. I loved seeing them help each other out also. When I met my stylist (Keda) she was very kind & gentle as she greeted me. She had this sexy bomb burgundy Fulani braid style that I wanted once I saw her! I’m like hmmmm can I be like you??? I had lots of questions about the entire process since I haven’t let anyone touch my natural hair in years & not once did she make me feel silly for asking nor gave attitude, even providing details which made me feel 100% at ease. She was gentle with my hair & cared for it properly while detangling, washing, drying & braiding. All I kept thinking about was my next appointments because I’m not going anywhere else lol. I get so many compliments on this style daily 💁🏾‍♀️ #KedaDidThat - I can’t help but to Thank you for the service over & over again! Until next time… ♥️ 💫
