Sam at Wilmar Barber Shop gave me an excellent haircut. He was friendly and was an excellent conversationalist. These barbers have a great attention to detail and are clearly skilled in their craft. Wilmar also has that old-school barber shop feel, complete with the classic barber pole and a taxidermy fish on the wall. Their prices are very reasonable at $22 for a cut and $10 for a beard trim. They gave me one of the best haircuts I've received, and I will certainly be returning.

These guys are great. Professional, skilled and polite. On my visits, I've seen many Dads bring their sons for haircuts and they're great with kids. Always feel clean and refreshed after my hair cuts. Easy parking.

My neighbor had asked me how much they charged me, for a haircut and shave when I took my brother-in-law in last month. I called them this morning and asked how much they charge. The man hung up in my face. Wow, the staff there used to be the nicest around. It's hard to believe their behavior as hard as times are right now. That's okay there are other barber shops around.

Amazing old school barber shop. Go here for a great cut at a very reasonably price and chances are you’ll get some wisdom and great conversation along the way. There’s not many places like this left, keep up the great work fellas.

A step into time with authentic style barbers with a great gift of gab. The professional cut is their way to keep you coming back. If you need a great cut on your visit to Charlotte this is the place you need to go. A job well done at a fair price.

A no frills, down to earth, real Barber shop. I've been going there since I got my first official haircut, so 55 plus years! Professional and friendly staff,, clean shop with reasonable prices. 08/2023 ... haircut today, new polite guys running the barbershop, same great friendly service and still reasonable prices for these days!

Great classic barber shop. Barbers are super friendly and do a great job. My kids love it. It was the only place I could take my 4 year old where he didn't freak out.

Paul gave me an EXCELLENT haircut at a fantastic price. He took his time, but he was still very respectful of mine. We got to talk SEC football and I came outta there feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend Paul and Wilmar Barbershop for your grooming needs.

Wilmar Barber Shop on Church Street is a throwback in history when all things seemed to move slower and life in general was simpler. When most malls are dotted with "salons" when all you want is a regular haircut Wilmar Barber Shop is indeed a refreshing change. This establishment is a real-life 'Floyds Barber Shop.' Give yourself and your head a treat and stroll over to the barbers at Wilmar Barber Shop and step back in time.
