I was given a appointment by one of the students for Saturday sat dec,20,2025 for 4:00 pm I was at work the student text me 2:00 pm and said that the Instructor wsa closing the school early 3 hours and 1/2 early is this how you teach the students that it’s okay to close early when customers have appointments this is not okay I had to find another barbershop at the last minute.

Student barbers are friendly but still learning. Got haircuts for me and two sons. None were done properly. I asked for NO line up (just natural), but the barber did it anyway. My boys look like their hair wasn’t even cut! It seemed like the student barbers were more interested in doing their own hair rather than customer’s.

The negative reviews on here are mind blowing. I’ve been taking my done here since April, every 2-3 weeks. He’s 3 years old. This place is the best. Yes, it’s a barber school. Yes, the students are learning. And yes, they have varied individual schedules and skill levels. If you communicate, like really communicate, you can’t go wrong. If you don’t like the cut (which we’ve never had that problem), then speak up and give them an opportunity to fix it. If you think they’re too slow (which again, we’ve never had that problem) then speak up or go elsewhere. The students have a great instructor, I’ve even seen a few of them ask for guidance mid cut, and he will take the time to teach whatever is needed in the moment. If you don’t like that, fair enough, but then don’t book an appointment at a barber school. My 3 yr old loves this place and asks for Ja’Kari every time and yes, Ja’Kari is a student. The same student who gives my boy a great cut every time.

Pay attention to what's posted on the wall. This is ultimately a barber school, students of varied levels of experience are there to get their hours to get their certification. Just because they're behind the chair it doesn't mean they are "skilled" or qualified, yet. At your own risk.

Went in expecting a basic quick trim and got the best cut/barber experience of my life. Victor is insanely good. Don’t pass this place up. Price is the lowest around for the quality these guys are pumping out.

Not recommended. They are so rude.l took my kids there while l was waiting one of the barber cut someones skin and it was bleeding( l watched all the barbers, 4 of them).Only we are waiting.First barber he left and said someone will help,when second barber he went outside l said are you leaving he said he has an appointment and he point that guy which one cut someone skin. I said no l do not want him.Forth barber he said he will leave soon .They are so rude. I left and did not take their services. Bad place not recomend.

I had a wonderful experience. The barber, whose name was John, did an excellent job on my cut. I really appreciate him he listened. He took his time, and he showed me every step in the cutting. If you need a barber, go see John.

Top notch barber shop with good professional and friendly barbers, great service, and reasonable prices. John Johnson is my guy (he’s a true master of the trade, and an artist with clippers) but all the barbers here are awesome!! There is always a really cool vibe in the shop, and my son always walk out with a superb haircut.

Last month I went for the 1st time and got a great haircut the best I've ever had Also the best Shaved And the cleanest I ever had. I went back again today and the same everybody was nice And friendly especially Walter he did a great job. I've been to old Time white Barber shops the shops and military bases and Great Clips and none were even Compare to this haircut

I drive from Charlotte to Concord to get my son a haircut. I love the way his barber cuts his hair and doesn't push his hairline back. I highly recommend this barbershop.
