Took my dad to get a trim. It was nice that they take walk-ins. There was only one other person there getting a cut. My dad has very little hair. He is completely bald on top. He literally just needed the sides trimmed. It took 5 min, looked ok, and cost $45.00. Really. That's pathetic. Thank God he didn't get a beard trim. And they expected a tip. Wont be going back there.

My wife bought me a gift card for Valentine’s Day and I needed to get my beard trimmed. I have issues doing it myself based on not being a professional and my MS keeps me from having great digit control. Tayler is/was awesome. So is Natalia. The spot is very cool and definitely my speed. I am glad I made an appointment because they book up quick and walk ins (are welcome)..just not guaranteed to be seen right away. Thank you for great service, Tayler and Natalia!

During my recent visit, a waxing service did not go as planned. The wax did not set properly and left a sticky, gooey residue. It took quite some time to clean up, and I ultimately left with residue still remaining. The service was unsuccessful - hair not removed. The staff made an effort to address the issue, and I was not charged. However, it was clear that they were not adequately prepared or trained to perform this service, and they seemed unsure how to handle the situation when the wax did not work as expected. While I appreciate their attempts to resolve the issue and their polite demeanor, the overall experience did not meet professional standards. Unfortunately, I would not return based on this visit.

Skip this location...My son has gone to this location for the last 2 years. Last night was the last time. He asked for the same haircut he has gotten forever. Trim the top but keep long and fade up the sides. What the barber did was short on top and long on the sides and back like some type of mullet. It is horrible. Now we are trying to find someone to fix it or just shave his head. I tried to call to talk to someone today but they just pickup and continue talking to whoever is next to them and don't say anything. I expected better.

I booked early for a noon appointment. I waited patiently for almost 30 mins to see the appointments after my name being served. Then a stylist comes to me and says the service provider assigned to me was absent and that I have to wait for 10 mins or rebook appointment which is 2 hours later. Choose to wait for 10 mins but nothing happened. I choose to leave the shop after nearly waiting for 45 mins with out service. There were 4 stylist on duty and they did not find a spot for me.

Rudest alleged front desk girl. I walked in the place was empty. All I needed was a shave of my undercut and she told me they were "full" 😆 what a joke. It's just a barbershop and their sign says walk ins welcome, attitude off the charts...a simple less than 5 mins service in an EMPTY shop...wouldn't step foot in here if it was the last barbershop on earth! Might want to spend more time on coloring your hair evenly and conditioner to help the split ends instead of being rude and showing off attitude for no reason!

Great place! Love the people. Especially Jarrad, my barber. He is a great dude. He does an absolutely amazing job with my curly hair and takes his time making sure your hair is the exact same way you would like it!

My son decided he wanted a fade and we stopped in to this location today. We made an appointment with Jarrad. He was busy today with people which is always a good sign. He did an excellent job giving my son a burst Mohawk fade. Jarrad was great with my son. He explained what he was doing so that Paul understood the process, was knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I would definitely recommend Jarrad and we will being going back to maintain the look.

Tayler is the BEST stylist hands down. She's been cutting my hair every 2-3 weeks for the past 5+ years. I will NEVER have anyone else come near my hair with a pair of shears.

Took son in to get haircut with Amanda. He went to another place and it was a mess, so we needed someone to clean it up. Walked in and place was so very cool and clean. Old school video games, artwork all over, barber chairs, and wash stations at each cutting station. Amanda greeted us and said she would be with us in just a moment. So we played some arcade games of course! After a few minutes she came out offered us some water or soda and then got to work. She was very understanding and had a great personality which made my son feel at ease. She explained what she planned on doing and told us some funny stories along the way. In the end I could tell my son loved his new hair because of the big smile on his face as he got up from the barber chair. The cut did cost a little more than what we were used to, but it was worth it and we will be back. Thank you Amanda for making my son's year! We highly recommend Diesel.
