The ultimate barber indeed. I have locs & wanted to do a fade in sides. First time in a barber shop in 10 years. Trey did incredible work, reasonably priced, and worked fast! Gonna be doing my maintenance here! *Will post pics later

The barber that did my hair was Trey Johnson. He seems really nice and cool. I walked in without a clear idea of how I wanted my hair done cuz I don't really like getting too much cut off. He gave me a taper fade and helped even out the sides of my Afro. Would definitely recommend working with him 😊👍🏾

I was going to give 4 stars because the person we originally booked with was way behind. He sincerely apologized and said we can come back a little later or his other guy could do it. My 14yo, said sure that's cool. It was our first time, so it really wasn't a big deal. Well, my son gets in the car, mom, found my new barber!! Anthony was great! My son played it cool in the shop and all the way to the car. Then once in the car, mom this is a great cut! Thanks gentlemen!! Also, cash only....but they have an ATM

I appreciate that appointments can be made online. I chose Trig for my son because he had a lot of photos of kids. My son didn’t complain when he sprayed him with alcohol. The haircut was good. I don’t understand why kids cuts are so pricey in MN but I didn’t feel robbed like I did with other local barbers.

I will preface this by saying I understand completely that unexpected things happen and plans change, but communication is the key. I booked an appointment 5 days ago for my son to go into the shop to get his haircut today at 12 noon. The appointment was accepted 5 days ago. Today (the day of the appointment) it was cancelled without any reason given. There was no direct number to call the barber so I called the shop. The person that answered was unprofessional by talking to me and talking to someone else in the background. So they did not give their full attention to the situation. I was told to text the number of the barber and as I was getting ready to say I do not have the number the person on the phone disconnected the line. To me customer service goes a very long way to not only getting new clients, but building those relationships with existing ones.

Never had a haircut here but I was on their website and checked ALL OVER the their page to find out what the price is for a regular mens haircut was. Never did find a price. Why so secretive about the price of a mens haircut??? Come on people we are now in 2023, let's make it easy for customers to not only book an appointment, let's be open and clear about the pricing. Please!

My son has been getting his hair cut here since he was 2 years old he is now 12. It is a clean, friendly and down to earth family feel when you walk in the door. We miss our Wednesday nights hair cuts, our current event conversation and our laughs. We know when you open back up it will be different, but we will wait on it We miss all of you. Dubb, Ozone, De and the other guy he still kinda new lol! You guys are all in our prayers.

I'm from Iowa, I went to get my hair done yesterday by a woman name Whitney and she did a wonderful job. She took her time and the finishing product was good. I recommend this place it's very nice and have very good customer service. I will be going back all the time. Thank you

The waiting time can definitely be a drag sometimes but my barber OZONE is one of the best hands down! You will surely get a clean and crisp cut and if you want to try someone new he is your guy...the other barbers inside also seem great I just have never received a cut from them.

Went to the nail spa 3 weeks ago. She nicked me twice and acted like nothing happen. Also didn't get as close to the cuticle with the polish on a few nails. It was a decent price for a fill and gel polish and since I came an hour before close I figured she may have just been in a rush after a long day so I decided to give it another try. Came back today for a fill and gel polish and this time the work was even worse. She nicked me again and several nails are lumpy or have things poking from under the polish. I accidentally bumped my right thumb nail under the light which was my bad and she yelled at me and I didn't ask her nor was I planning on asking her to fix it since that was my fault but geez, you'd think she would know not to get so upset since I'm sure she's use to it by now. Every nail has some error to it which is why I won't be going back. Only giving 2 stars for the price and her effort to make conversation.
