I be only been here once. My only complaint isn’t that the the guy took a hour and a half to cut a head lol. Literally had to wait four hours to get my son’s hair cut which never happened because the barbers son came in to get his hair cut which I guess automatically qualified him to take my place in line. AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT LOL.

I’ve been coming here since 2018 and I don’t plan on going to any other barbershop. I was specifically looking for a woman barber & I found A1 Cuts on Facebook. After booking my appointment I met Madie & she’s the only person that I’ll let cut my hair. She did my undercuts back when I wore braids & now she cuts my hair completely bald as I have alopecia. She’s always honest & transparent with her clients about haircuts, styles & designs. She also uses the “TheCut” app which makes it easier to book/reschedule/cancel appointments.

Been coming to A1 for 7 years, never had any issues or problems with the hair cuts I received, I have always felt satisfied with my experience and an overall great atmosphere to be in! 10/10 recommend coming here instead of anywhere else!

I have been coming to this barbershop for I believe over 8 years now and received an excellent hair cut every time. What’s lovely is that it’s not just the haircut it’s also the conversation, the cleanliness of the shop, the team that’s here. Love the consistency of effort and determination.I stared coming here when I would get a fade, by the same barber. And now that I have locs I still come see the same barber! She’s amazing at what she does! And the environment and neighborhood of the shop is amazing because it’s my born city! I won't get a haircut/lineup anywhere else now except here. (Unless I am traveling lol) Thank you for making a wonderful hair cut experience well worth the price. Thanks Love!

Amazing service always a great conversation. Any questions I might have about my hair I can always ask haircuts are always done in a timely fashion great with kids if your even thinking about going just go you will not be disappointed much better then the barber shop down the street that lady can't cut to save her life

My son and my brother see Imade and lemme tell you, She can make ANYBODY look amazing!! They're booking process is flawless through the app, they're walk-ins are always welcome, they do discounted days for children's cuts and so on. I've even put my brother's next door neighbor onto her to get their 3year olds hair cut And they were so impressed with the affordability and the final look.

Silver Clip next door messed up my haircut and the barber at A1 Cuts fixed it for cheap! Madie is the best! She’s very detail oriented and professional 5 stars for sure!

I have been a customer of A1 cuts for approximately five years and I always receive A1 service! The shop is clean, friendly, and inviting. The master barber is always timely and I never have to wait a significant amount of time to get a haircut. Her consultation is detailed so she knows exactly how I would like my haircut and I have never left dissatisfied! Even through the consistant harassment of Silver Clips to the owner and A1 customers, the owner has remained professional and consistent while always taking the highroad. Any bad reviews that you see probably came from Silver Clips because the community knows A1 is the place to be for East Side Haircuts!
