Ronel hooked me up with a clean fade and a sharp beard trim, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. He paid attention to the little details, made sure the blend was smooth, and shaped my beard exactly the way I like it. The whole experience felt easy and relaxed, and you can tell he really cares about getting it right. I walked out feeling fresh and confident — definitely going back to him next time.

Freemans Barbershop never disappoints. Ronell cut my hair and did an awesome job. Clean, precise, and exactly what I wanted. Every time I come in, the service is great, I feel genuinely welcomed, the conversation is always on point, and the shop is consistently clean. Highly recommend checking them out.

First time there, everyone was respectful. Ronel did an awesome job, someone at a different placed messed up my hair prior and he was able to get my hair to the point I was happy with in a short amount of time. Because of the professionalism and the reasonable price this place is definitely worth coming back to.

I haven't even had a chance to visit the shop. I just called, someone rudely answered, and I'm very pleasant. He acted as if I was calling his personal line. I said I was looking for a female barber and gave her description, he sighed and said she was not here today. I said, okay can I have her name, he gave a long sigh, gives her name. With all that unprofessionalism as a first introduction, I disconnected the call, and Regina just lost a customer because of someone's rudeness. We have to do better.

If I could give 0 I would. Went in this past Saturday 11/11/23 and asked for a taper on the back and sides. Pricing says $19. I got asked by "Sherelle" if I was waiting and I sat in her chair. The cut took 30 mins and hoped that was a good sign. Look for yourself in the pictures. This is my first and last time there. She cut my hair back about an inch from my hairline which I had grown out for three weeks. And there is no taper. Also charged me $25 which is for a full haircut and when asked about pricing she said $19 is for women. Go figure. I'm in the military and this was worse and more expensive than going on base.

My Barber Regina has been cutting my hair for several years and she is the only one I will allow to cut my hair. I have been with her since her first tour at Freeman’s and have followed her to 3 other shops and back to Freeman’s where she is currently. I would NOT come in if it were not for her. The shop is filthy. There is years of visible dust in every corner, wall and light fixture. I’m sure all of these barbers and their customers are inhaling toxins. Then the bathroom is a total disgrace. The toilet is filthy, I mean filthy and they have been refilling the soap dispenser with water for months. There is no soap in the dispenser and soap costs 1$. Given COVID and just general hygiene, there is no way this should be the practice. I wish Ms. Regina would move or they would show consideration for its customers and clean this dump! Black people DO BETTER!

My son hair cut was the worst I have ever seen. His haircut had holes all throughout and we will not return to this place. This place use to have great barbers. I am not sure where these barbers went to school because they lack knowledge on cutting hair properly.

Don't go here. My wife took my two youngest sons to get there Back-to-School haircuts. Whoever cut my youngest son's hair needs to be retrained. My son asked for a mohawk and got this mutation. Total uneven, unclean, didn't even style it at the end.

Located inside the Waldorf mall. Great location. Skilled professional barbers. Reasonable rates. We went late on a Sunday afternoon and they were busy but our regular barber in town was closed. Despite being busy, we did not wait long to be served. Our son walked out with a smile and a fresh cut.

One guy cut my son's hair pretty good. I went to get a cut, and there was a lady at the chair. Decided to just have her clean my beard, instead of doing my cut. Glad I did! One side is lower than the other, and under my neck was uneven. She was loose with the clippers, and almost put the blade in my eye. Claimed to be a master barber too. If people can't cut, they shouldn't be there! Especially a place lime that when people my just stop in and are not regular customers.
