Wasted my time and my childs time. I booked the night before and it was pending her acceptance for a 7.30am appt. She accepted the appt at 1am. I get there 7.37am and she was texting me about a 15 mins grace period. I rather she not have accepted the appointment. Only to get there, and she's reluctant to cut my son's hair asking all these bogus questions like does he sit still... then goes on a whole tangent about her aura and wanting to connect with my son... Basically starts taling all this fluff spiritual stuff to waste more time... finishes speaking and is still talking about rescheduling. If I wanted a speech on spiritual connection I go to a herbalist. Just cut my son's hair and stop the b.s. don't advertise kids without specifying the age... waste of time

We’re sorry this experience did not meet your expectations.<br><br>This appointment was an after-hours online booking that required approval, and confirmation was provided with business hours, arrival expectations, and policies. A 15-minute grace period is in place to ensure fairness to all scheduled clients.<br><br>Upon arrival, your child, who is very young, was visibly distressed and unable to sit comfortably. For safety and scheduling reasons, we do not proceed with services when a child is upset or unable to sit safely, particularly with another client scheduled immediately afterward. In such cases, rescheduling is recommended.<br><br>Totally 4U Barber & Beauty Studio operates as an appointment-only, one-on-one studio and is committed to providing a calm, professional environment for all clients.

I literally drive down from Pennsylvania just to have her shape up my beard! If I’m driving 2 hours, that should go to show the type of high quality work she does. I always leave her shop happy with the outcome! 10/10

Very clean shop!! The Berber is very detailed oriented. various payment options. I’ve been twice so far and it’s been a very experience. I think I have found a new Barber.

This was my first visit. Ms Thorpe is meticulous, professional and very knowledgable. She also has excellent hygiene policies. She knew how to give me a great feminine cut despite my thinning edges. She was also kind enough to share a tip for managing the appearance of my thinning edges. I look forward to building upon this new relationship.

Ms. Thorpe is very knowledgeable and provides professional hair care. It took me awhile to find a barber I was comfortable with but once I found her, I’ve been going to her shop ever since for about 2 years now. She is highly recommended, great customer service!!

My experience has been positive … I have been getting my hair cut for close to a yr.. with Ms. Thorpe.. I feel she has the professionalism and knowledge of her trade that is important to me as a client… Starting with communication each appointment is confirmed with an email and text… if any changes she accommodates your schedule… My appointments are always on time.. Her suite is always sanitized and clean before you enter.. She requires the wearing of face masks for your protection as well as hers. She will give you advice on what she thinks will be a good look for you… which I appreciated… Overall I feel this is a safe and well run salon with a great stylist… I would recommend her to anyone … Carl G.

Ms Loretta has been my barber for almost 2 years now. We met by chance, and I’m so grateful that she shared with me that she was a Master Barber. I appreciate her personalized service, the relaxing atmosphere, and her caring disposition. Even though I live further now, the drive is worth it! Love to support this professional, Black female, small business owner!

Best barber ever! I have 'thinning hair issues' and Loretta will cut & trim like no other stylist. She is a perfectionist and will have you leaving her shop looking like a million bucks! I am so fortunate to have found her. She's always on time & her shop is always immaculate!
