Walked in to get a cut one guy laughed and said does anybody do walk ins, it’s a casual Thursday afternoon at 4 pm nobody spoke up like it was some kind of running joke random dude said is 6 cool man ? The vibe is not there these people had no manners. Won’t be coming back. Found a guy right around the corner with a chill vibe and basic manners great but . 0-5 stars.

Sir, we do apologize for any confusion in communication but just to clarify a couple of points. We do accommodate about 85% appointment only and try and accommodate walk-ins if our Barbers are not actively booked up. We also have several signs posted throughout the shop explaining our appointment encouragement to avoid any wait times during your visit. It is my understanding that at the time of your arrival, even though it seemed like a casual Thursday to you our Barbers were booked up at that time until 6pm. A time slot that was offered to you but you didn’t feel that it was soon enough. The laughter was about a previous topic even before you entered the establishment, it was never in reference to you whatsoever. Great prices compared to the recent increase in haircuts over the past couple years. They take walk-ins but it’s better if you call and make an appointment. Paul is my go-to guy, he leaves me with a crisp line up every time and does exactly what I ask of him.

Great spot to get a cut, right around the corner from my house. Anthony has been my barber for the majority of time I've visited. I've lived in the area since 2017. Prices are reasonable, and service is always on point.

The place was packed…for good reason. Despite taking every effort to ensure the safety of their patrons, adhering to strict distance and mask regulations, that did not deter business by the slightest. At least it appeared that way. They will have you wait outside in your car and call you when a chair is ready, in this case, the young man in the picture came to get a cut and I was to wait in the car until complete. This was the result. Friendly, Professionals with your health and appearance at the forefront.

Extremely clean and professional atmosphere! Anthony has been cutting my hair for over a year now and is always amazing. He is flexible with his time and always attentive to my haircut needs! I get compliments after every single cut! Stop by an ask for Anthony!

I’m very patient and I don’t like complaining especially with all the covid exceptions, but these guys wasted my time two days in a row. I came in on Thursday afternoon with my brother at 2pm. No one at the front desk so I signed my name on the walk in sheet and confirmed with the closest barber that they are accepting walk ins. After waiting 1 hour with what seemed like appointments coming in and out I asked for an eta and was told to try walking in again tomorrow. Came in on Friday morning and confirmed again if they are accepting walk-ins with a different barber. My brother got his cut shortly after we signed in. 2 hours later they are no longer accepting walk-ins. I walked to the barbershop next down and got in their barber chair in 15 minutes. They either need to have someone dedicated to running the front desk or be clearer with their instructions.

I definitely want to apologize for your experience on these two days but unfortunately the Barber was not clear in his handling of this situation. Every since Covid restrictions were put in place we were asked by the State to only offer appointments, no walk-ins. Because we knew that some clients would still walk up with no accommodations we still try our best to fit people in where we can. Because we are a high volume shop we have always been about 80 percent appointments even prior to Covid. The Barber should have asked you to book an appointment for the following day as opposed to just asking you to return without one. That would have secured your return visit with a designated time slot for you and your Brother. I believe the other shop you are referring to is a walk-in shop only and they prefer not to take appointments at all.<br><br>But this was definitely an error on communication from our part and we do apologize. We are not appointment only but we are definitely primarily appointments with an effort to accommodate walk-ins where we can.

Lorenzo was very good with my 3yr old..They actually had a conversation while he got his haircut. Will definitely be back. The shop was very clean also.

While I have only had the pleasure of taking my boys to this shop twice (they reside part of the year in Colorado), both experiences were favorable. My latest visit was January 6, 2018 and my oldest son has very thick hair and it was dry. My son is very specific about his hair and intentionally waited to scope out the barbers for a good fit. I am ashamed that I failed to get the barbers name (he was a talented Hispanic brother). This brother not only repaired my sons bad cut he received prior, he did a phenomenal job of lining him up with mathematical like equations of precision. HE DID THAT! My two youngest boys also got their hair cut by two different barbers: their cuts were top of the line! I am a sucker for a great lining and they did NOT disappoint. Listen these men are talented, skilled, engaging, professional, personable, and most important they cultivate, nurture, and foster a positive environment for all that visited the shop. What made this experience the best for me: I was brought to tears as a result of my oldest son being visibly shaken up over the botched haircut he received in Colorado and fearing he would have to have too much hair removed as a result of dry patches that had taken his hair out. I can only assume it was the owner/manager who pulled me to the side, gave me some encouraging words, tips and tools for helping my sons hair maintain healthy integrity, and giving the barber who was cutting his hair some suggestions. All 4 of those barbers were properly aligned to deliver what I call a memorable experience. Listen for those complaining about the wait, make an appointment or excersize some patience. The amount of time, attention, energy, and effort you want for your haircut is also well deserved by those whom were waiting before you. Thank you Mr. Smith's Barber Studio! So my experience at Mr. Smiths was great. I was a walk in and someone was able to cut my hair within about 5 minutes. The person that cut my hair was very nice. Unfortunately, I did not receive a good hair cut. Given that the guy that cut my hair implied that he hasn't cut a lot of hair like mine (I'm a white male with a medium length style), I think he was use to cutting black hair styles. The shape was great, I'll give him that, and when I walked out of the place I was satisfied, but to my dismay, when I went home I realized there was a large area of uncut hair in the center of my head. Luckily I had some clippers and could fix some of it.
