This is the most unprofessional barbershop I have ever been to. I get to the barbershop at 11 o’clock when they’re supposed to open I don’t go right in just to give the barbers time to get themselves together. When I finally do go in there is a barber standing at his station I tell him I need a cut and he said oh I have an appointment coming in i’m like cool all right no problem 15 minutes go by 20 minutes go by there’s still nobody in his chair instead of saying hey I can take you cause my appointment is not here yet. He does none of that.

Ada did my silk press and it lasted for about 2 weeks. I have always been natural and was worried about my curls not bouncing back but as soon as I washed it my hair returned to its natural state. Ada is super sweet and professional. Everyone in the shop always greets me and the price and quality match up. If you’re thinking about booking with Ada please do!

I had asked for a fade and a little to be taken off the top but I was left with no fade and a little ON the top. It was an uneven length of hair in the front and I did not ask for it at all! I am just angry because this is probably the only barber to whom I have been and got this poor haircut. Never going again....

Ada O. Was super professional and nice to my son when I took him to get his hair braided. She was so good with that my son trusted her to cut his hair to give that finishing touch to his cornrows. Absolutely would recommend her to anybody that needs a hairstylist for both men and women!!!! 5star service!!!

When I walked in I was greeted with immediate customer service. Each barber and stylist was very engaged with their clients.A friend of mines was here getting their regular hair shape up and natural braid styles. Stylist made everything look so effortless and easy. She had a multiple clients at the same time and handle everyone well with no problem. I seriously Recommend you all coming here. Don’t delay to book an appointment!!!!!!!! 5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD

I bring my cousin here to get his hair and beard cut. All the barbers are good and there's no wait during the week. My cousin is very happy and looks good. I go to the stylist Ada for a couple of years now. I'm retired. Ada has flexible availability and is creative and can do styles from pics too. She does all types of braids, flat iron, wet sets, rods, etc. I'm doing rods these days. Love me some Ada.

will never again bring my child to this unprofessional salon! They lack basic customer service. I tried to give them a chance hoping they would redeem themselves, however they proved me wrong. On every single occasion I brought my child here I been called the day of an appointment or the day before, if they feeling like they need to keep my money coming to say they have a conflict with the scheduling. Every single time I've accommodated the request to come at different times allowed other stylist I didn't book with to do my child's hair, which in itself is unacceptable. You don't just let anyone touch your child's hair. This time I show up for the appointment that they had already called the night before to say they had a scheduling conflict can I come later. I show up at the later time I check in they then say the stylist is running behind again ok fine, how far behind?!?! But then they go on to say my appointment was moved to someone else, I never even booked with this stylist! I asked why wasn't I called before my appointment to ask if this was okay, or give me the option to reschedule. I never ever seen this stylist in the salon. Oh not to mention the stylist I was moved to was still about and hour or more finishing someone else hair! I walked out this is last time they will every do that to my child. My child is a toddler with a very short attention span not to mention it's still COVID-19 having a child to sit for hours In a mask waiting to get her hair done unacceptable! Unprofessional and utterly disrespectful !!! UPDATE: In response to the unprofessional salon, if you are going to respond please do it acutely. You having only two stylist due to COVID has nothing to do with the issues your salon has! I’ve been to the salon on many of occasions being serviced by Aminata she was the stylist my child started bringing my child. Then it became an issues with her having conflicts in her schedule every time I schedule an appointment. So I booked with Netta she had a schedule conflict as well, book box braids on her own and the shop didn’t know so I got a call to reschedule. Which was fine said just cancel the appointment. The Salon floor manager she called me a few day later trying to fix the issue and scheduled me with Ketta that was March 7, 2020, which was the very last appointment that my child hair was done there because it was closed of course. So I naturally schedule an appointment with Ricketta (Ketta) because she serviced my child her last appointment. But now you say I only been there once before. And I never seen the two stylist that was in there when I arrived for this appointment. How can that be when the very stylist that a booked with was and had an appointment with was standing right in the front doing someone else hair (Ketta). Now keep in mind I schedule an appointment for 10am when the shop opened and there was somehow a schedule conflicts but how if the shop would’ve just been opening so you move my appointment to 1:30 only to arrive and you move appointment to some entirely different that I did not book with and I did not know with no warning. Not to mention she was in the middle of doing feedin crownrows. Face the fact you allow your stylist to book outside appointments the salon isn’t notified until ooops an appointment shows up from a customer online that doesn’t know the stylist personally. So you then call the customer that books online to say oh there’s a schedule conflict. When actuality there wouldn’t have been if you are used your electronic booking system and didn’t allow the stylist to book outside appointments and not put it in the system so the time slot online isn’t seen as available. But hey who am I to tell you to how to run a successful, professional salon. Oh just a business owner that has been in business for 20+ years in DC You should do your research! So if you going to respond do so accurate knowledge. Oh I forgot who I was dealing with, the unprofessional salon that will never see another dollar from me.

I went for a haircut and it was good. Alfred was very patient and gave a nice cut. The prices are reasonable too. They do not have any fixed appointments though, just walk in and wait for your turn.

My wife and I brought my 14-month son for a haircut. The entire experience was great. Everyone was so friendly and made my son feel at ease. Best of all, Mike did an outstanding job. We will definitely bring back my son for future haircuts.
