I had a disappointing experience at this shop, I waited and I was not truly acknowledged. Two people went before me that got there after I did. I eventually left without receiving a hair cut, unfortunately the atmosphere felt unwelcoming, particularly to someone female and not African American.

I have tried to give CK chances after chance. His timing is ridiculous and it’s frustrating. I have been bringing my son here for sometime now i say the first two times were good. After that it has been a complete mess. To add my BF goes to him also and its the same exact thing, Not here or just some type of excuse why he isn’t on time.We love the way he cuts but we just can not keep doing this.

My son has been going here for 2 yrs within the past 6 months these barbers have been cutting hair worse and worse. They messed the line up this time so bad I’ll probably have to have his hair completely shaved off. Unless you want your hair line horribly messed up don’t come here.

Worst experience ever. They are not professionals. The haircut is bad and the price is extremely expensive. They charged me $50 for a boy haircut and the hair was uneven because they don’t use scissors, just a hair-cutting machine. On top of thatI had to pay cash because they don’t accept credit cards. They clearly didn’t know how to work my boy’s type of hair but instead of saying so when I asked they acted like a high rated stylists and changed me $50 for that mess. Not honest, not professional at all. I feel scammed. They are not seeing my face anymore 😒

I had a fast and near hair cut. There are enough hair cutting stations thereby reducing the wait time. The saloon is neatly kept and there are seats for awaiting hair cuts.

I came in for a simple 10 minute boy's haircut for my son. The barber spent literally 45 minutes steadily using smaller and smaller guards until my son to trim just his neck and was in tears from itching. Maybe these guys are good on complex hairsyles and that is what they are use to doing, but they are clueless on how to do simple haircuts. I ended up going home and my wife had to fix it.

Sean is Amazing and the consummate professional. I went to Sean (the owner) as a referral from a friend. I have psoriasis and he made me feel so confident with my new haircut. He takes pride in his work and is always concerned about the customer. He now cuts 5 heads at my house and we love our Family Barber!

I took my 4 year old son to get his haircut and it was not worth the money or the time spent in the establishment. The barber was nice but was too rough while cutting my son’s hair and it did not look good after he was finished. There was an uneven patch of hair on the top of his head, the shape up did not look even or neat, and I was charged twice! When I came in the next day to get his hair fixed, I was told to wait 15 mins which turned into 30… the owner say there and fell ASLEEP in the chair while my son and I continued to STAND! Not one man in there offered to clear off the seat in the front so that we would have a place to sit. I will never come back here and I don’t recommend anyone giving this establishment their money. I am very disappointed with my experience here.
