Let's start by saying I've lived in Massachusetts for over 10 years originally from Jamaica, And Jamaicans are very picky about their haircuts. While I've found some good barbers over the years honestly most were sub-par until met one of my now closest friends who was my barber for a few years till he moved so hadn't had a haircut for about 2 months. While in malden for a meeting I decided to look for a barbershop and found this gem of barbershop which I have to say is absolutely the best haircut I've had since living here the moment you walk in the door there is welcoming and friendly ambiance. I got the regular cut with beard maintenance and Paolo the barber who took care of me was fantastic this guy was so detail oriented I thought about divorcing my wife for a second haha 😂. From the cut to the beard to steam while getting the straight razor. And then to cap it all off my hair got washed three times and then conditioned, then back to the chair for some touch ups then the hair pomade and then the beard cream and I'm not just talking dabbing some stuff in your hair for effect. He fully annointed my head and beard. So if ever in malden and need a haircut stop in and see them you won't regret it. Thanks master team for the fantastic experience

I have never seen my husband so impressed by a barber. The professionalism of the whole place was amazing! And I have to agree, the cut looks really good and overall experience was fantastic! He might be driving the hour and a half for his hair cuts.

I went in for my son’s haircut, it was my first time there. I had to bring my 1 year old daughter with me because I had no one to stay with her. I was freaking out before I got there, thinking I was going to be a burden but all the guys there were so nice and humble, very welcoming. Paulo I believe is the one who cut my son’s hair. He was so patient and kind. Made me feel super comfortable and my son as well. They had toys for my daughter to be entertained with, cookies too. Joshua my son, always runs from haircuts as a normal 3 year old would but they were super accommodating. Ygor gave him a toy to take home and my som couldn’t stop smiling. Made his whole day! Will definitely be coming back and I 100% recommend.

Igor truly understands his craft — he knows exactly how to take care of both my hair and my beard, always delivering consistent and high-quality results. His attention to detail, professionalism, and personalized approach make a huge difference. He took the time to understand what worked best for my style and helped me achieve a look that fits me perfectly. I also have a weekly plan with him, which is very convenient and an excellent value. It keeps my haircut and beard always well maintained, and the consistency of the service is outstanding. Made a last minute decision to get a haircut and wanted to try a new place. I’ve been growing my hair out and was looking for a scissor cut. I called to make an appointment and to my surprise they were able to take me within 30 minutes. The shop itself is bigger than it looks from the outside with a comfortable, not pretentious, feeling. I’m hard of hearing (I wear hearing aids in both ears) which makes me nervous to try new shops. I don’t know if Carlos or the barber next to him who helped translate noticed my hearing aids or not. Either way there was not a single detail lost in translation. Being HoH it was probably the most effortless and flawless experience I’ve had. I would recommend this place based on that experience alone. But also because Carlos’s attention to detail felt more like one of those fancy salons and not a typical in and out barber.

Best barbershop experience i’ve had in years! I got a haircut with Jonas , and he takes his time and makes sure every detail of the experience is perfect. 10/10 recommend , they speak english , spanish and portuguese.

Victor was an excellent barber and did a great job on my and my sons' haircuts. Great, warm atmosphere - with an arcade cabinet, chess table, coffee, pastries, and very comfortable seating. Highly recommended!

Carlos & team are incredible. Not only did I receive exactly what I asked for but the guys were warm and welcoming & the atmosphere is a plus. Highly recommend!

I traveled from South Boston to come here. Absolutely amazing experience! For the price, they absolutely overdelivered. Such great hospitality, attention to detail with the haircut, and overall an awesome experience. I would highly highly recommend!! Thank you guys again!

Ygor is excellent. Treated me great and did amazing job. I live in RI but will make the trip here because of the excellent treatment.
