I had my haircut with Kyle. I didn’t get what I asked for all (low taper sides+back, debulk the top and sides massively and add texture). It feels like all he did was push my hairline up and barely touched the top+sides. It looks like a straight up bowl now. I had my haircut from Long a few months prior and that was perfect. However he was booked so I thought I would try Kyle and it was a horrible mistake.

Kyle was awesome. Im sure the other guys are too, but the attention to detail was incredible. Will be going back to him next time.

My barber dropped out a few days before my wedding for my last haircut and Long came in on his day off and saved me. His haircut is so good and it all worked out. Super recommend them. Awesome cut and good group of people, especially the owner, Long.

I visited Black Label today and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. First of all, the appointment booking process was seamless through the app, where payment is also handled. I received frequent reminders before my appointment, making it impossible to forget. Having had to switch barbers, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Bill delivered a top-notch haircut, paying great attention to detail. The salon itself is very clean, cozy, and bright, with a pleasant atmosphere. I'm really happy to have found this place and will definitely continue coming here regularly.

Just walked in, as I had wedding reception that evening. (walk in is not a good idea as they’re so popular and good they’re booked out for a week.) Luckily, Eric’s appointment was no show so I got a chair immediately. Eric hit me with exact cut I needed and its one of the best cuts I have ever had. (Pardon my bean head) lmao 🤣

After a year of seeing Dave, I can say that he’s been such a wonderful barber. He’s so personable, accommodating, warm, welcoming, and just a good barber all around. I leave feeling great after each cut and have never been disappointed. The shops atmosphere is inviting and clean, plus booking appointments and paying is a breeze either online or with their app. The location is amazing being right next to downtown Malden and parking is rarely an issue. If you’re looking for a nice barbershop experience in the area, I highly recommend. Moreover, if you’re looking for a solid barber, Dave is THE man!

Got a cut here for the first time yesterday and was very happy with the service. I booked an appointment the day before through the website with Kyle. He did a fantastic job. Quality fade and beard line up. I will definitely be returning. Thanks Kyle!

First time getting a hair cut in years . . . normally i do it myself and should of just kept my money. I’m not the type to write reviews but i’m highly embarrassed, disappointed and my experience felt extremely uncomfortable. I called in to schedule an appointment. went there with a idea in mind as well as a photo of the idea and walked out crying because i don’t know if this was done intentionally or if the person just wasn’t good with designs. i can honestly understand if someone isn’t good with designs just say that i won’t be mad but to leave a chair with basically a bald spot . . . that’s embarrassing. i truly don’t know what to do at this point but just wear a hoodie or hat till my hair grows back. a photo of what i asked for verses what i got

These guys are the real deal! Bill cuts probably half of my family. Long and Dave are great as well, these guys are awesome at what they do. The place is clean and modern. This is my go-to spot and if you are looking for a place I definitely would recommend booking ahead of time on the app Genbook. This way you will be guaranteed a cut. Support you local barbers and business and come to black label!

Man, book ahead of time! Sometimes I have to book 3 days in advance but honestly its completely worth it.. Bill is my go-to but giving Long and Dave a chance you will never leave disappointed. They have so much pride in their work, you can definitely see and feel the difference. Good music, sterile & PROFESSIONAL shop you can't go wrong with Black Label. Dave's probably the funniest guy you can meet and does a great job of making you feel at home
