Great barbershop with a professional and friendly atmosphere. The barber really listens to what you want and pays attention to every detail. Clean place, great vibes, and consistently high-quality service. I’ve also visited their Naperville location before and had the same great experience. Highly recommend!

Great location and big parking! I brought my kids to this place and was surprised on how fast and professional the barber was. Loved their service and professionalism. Interior design is modern and bright, clean and cozy. Will definitely come back and refer all my friends and family. Also this location is only 5 min from me.

Got my son’s haircut here and they are all amazing. Very professional, very efficient and great styling. They will not finish the cut without styling it nice. Highly recommend this place for men’s haircuts.

They pay close attention to detail. I showed a picture - that’s exactly what we got. To be fair if you are short on time - this may not be the spot for you. Each person in the chair gets the time and respect they deserve. So I’d recommend coming when they open or expect to wait but the wait in my opinion is worth it.

My husband just got a haircut at Max Mood Barbershop and he came home so happy with it — which honestly says everything. We had an amazing experience here. My 14 year old son had been going to a much more expensive place for years and was very hesitant to try somewhere new. He wanted a specific taper fade that he thought would be too complicated, but I convinced him to give this shop a try because my 17 year old nephew goes here and absolutely loves it. We ended up with Max, and he did an incredible job. My son walked out saying it was the best haircut he has ever had. He was genuinely thrilled with how it turned out and that alone says everything. The vibe inside was great too with confident barbers, a steady flow of customers, and an overall comfortable atmosphere. For anyone planning to visit, the shop is called Max Mood Barbershop, but the name on the outside still says Master Cuts. It is the same place, so don’t let that confuse you. It looks like my son has officially found his new barbershop. We will definitely be coming back. A+ experience.

I really wanted to love this place. I took my son for a haircut twice before and I was satisfied with the service. They are close to my home so that was an added bonus. However, when I took my son a third time yesterday (10/31/25), the attitude was just different. I had already made an appointment online but it seems like they don't care or know how to manage time. We arrived and the 2 barbers already had people they were working on in their chairs. There was no greeting, no nothing. We sat down and waited. 15 minutes went by and still no word and they had not called my son. Even if you're busy, at least acknowledge your client and let them know what's going on. They were very rude and unprofessional! I got up and left with my son. I will not be returning!!
