I highly recommend Mackhard, I’ve trusted the same person to cut my hair for 20 years, so I’m always apprehensive about trying somewhere new, my first time there i was a walk in, Oksana did such a great job that I went back yesterday and I was not disappointed, great atmosphere as well!

I apologize to Mackhards however the wait time was like 10-20 minutes and it took about 10 minutes just for them to ask us our booking. Damon cut my hair and after saying 1/2 an inch off the top he proceeded to cut off almost 2 inches of my curly hair. Don’t get me wrong he did a great fade but the top was not very good.

Keisha did an amazing job! She has a great personality and paid incredible attention to detail. The haircut came out perfect—I love it! Get the shampoo, best scalp massage I’ve ever had.

Oksana was absolutely fantastic. Probably the best haircut I’ve ever received. The online booking system was seamless. This place was better than any other barbershop that I’ve gone to. This was my first visit to MackHard, but it is now going to be my regular place to get a haircut.

We recently moved to the area and needed a barber for our son—so glad we found Reggie at Mackhard! Booking was super easy, and he was so patient and great with our almost 4-year-old, bonus for showing us how to style it. By far the best haircut he has had - we’ll definitely be back. Michele is the best!! I've been coming to get for almost 6 years straight, after my first barber passed she worked with me for hours to understand how I wanted my haircut. Even after moving 4 hours away I'll still come to her for my cuts. Can't recommend her enough

I’ve been going to Milan at Mack hard in Naperville for 5 years now. Milan is the best, but I’ve used multiple barbers there and they are all very good. I’ve actually gotten my son’s first two haircuts there! The place has been recently updated and looks awesome inside. Highly recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
