Been going to Henczel's for years.Deb,my barber, has consistently cut my hair perfectly. She is also a warm and wonderful person.

Deb is great. My 2 boys and I have been going to her for the last 4 years. My kid love going to a barber shop with sports on the tv’s and good music playing in the background. The shop has been super busy sense the makeover.

Everybody is really nice at Henczel's and I don't have a single complaint. I've gone to Donovan multiple times and he always does a very nice job.

I've been coming here for a few months now and it's difficult to find a barber that can do a Marine regulation haircut in the Naperville area that is not obscenely priced. Zoran does it well and the cost is very affordable. The atmosphere is excellent in the shop as well.

First time sitting in Andrew’s chair, and he instantly knew exactly what to do with my hair type. Gave clear suggestions, paid attention to detail, and executed it flawlessly. The cut came out clean, sharp, and better than I expected. Very impressed — highly recommend booking with him if you want someone who actually understands how to work with your hair and gets it right the first time.

Long delayed to leave this review but this is such a solid place for a haircut. They’re all nice but Sue took care of my hair for years, understood exactly what I was going for and was really friendly. Even after I moved to downers grove area I still came back for a while to get my cuts with her before I eventually started growing my hair out. Can’t beat the prices either. Highly recommended!

Henczel’s has figured out how to be an old-school barbershop all while it grows with the times. Excellent cuts and service and talented barbers who have become friends. A quick trim, littles first haircut, a prom shave, this place is the place to refresh your attitude and look. My husband and sons have been coming here for a decade. They have been here for over 100 years. Walk-ins are welcome but securing an online appointment is smart in this busy downtown Naperville institution.

Fantastic haircuts every time! I’ve been going to Henczel’s since 1980, and they have cut hair for three generations of my family. Henczel’s itself is 112 years old and Sue is the fifth generation of her family to own and run it—true testament to the quality and affordability of their service! As soon as you walk in, you will feel their neighborly love and see why this is a landmark of Naperville’s.
