I’ve been coming here for a bit now. My barber Julian (JuJu) always does a great job. When it comes to barbers, consistency is key and Julian is exactly that. Cannot recommend him enough.

Julian is a fantastic person to get a haircut from. He puts so much care and effort into every cut, and gives me precisely what I want every time. Its also always nice to talk to him.

First time at Traditions this afternoon and I’m going back for sure. Manny was attentive and very friendly. The entire staff seems really knowledgeable and all the other guys in the shops while I was there seemed so stoked about their cuts. The shop is also very clean with modern touches, but you still get the classic barber shop experience. I love that they offer eyebrow trimming too. Left with the best haircut I ever had and I’ve been getting compliments all day. Outstanding value too. Thanks, Manny and Traditions crew!

If you’re looking for a new barbershop in Lincoln Park, Traditions is the place for you. Store is full with professional barbers who strive for the betterment of the craft. My experience with Kevin here has been beyond great and that’s what has been having me come back for the past few years. Traditions Lincoln Park is hands down the best barbershop in the city!

His attention to detail is second to none. Kevin really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Max is hands down one of the best barbers out there! Every time I come in, he does a clean and precise job, always making sure I leave looking fresh. Not only is he skilled, but he’s also super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. The vibe in the shop is great too—everyone there is welcoming and creates a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere. If you’re looking for a barber who knows what he’s doing and a shop where you feel at home, Max and the crew are definitely the ones to go to!

Manny always does a great job every time I come in. He’s consistent, detail oriented, and really knows how to make the cut look fresh. I always leave happy with my hair, and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend him if you want a reliable barber who takes pride in his work.

Kevin is hands down one of the best barbers I’ve ever had. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, gave great suggestions, and delivered a flawless cut with real attention to detail. Karina is awesome, I was only in Chicago for the summer & got two haircuts (first time away from my main barber in a long time). Just showed her a picture of my hair after getting it cut and she nailed it and took notes for the next time even though I told her I would be short term. Also very kind and everyone there is cool. Would definitely recommend for both short and long term.
