I’ve been going to Joel for almost 4 years. He always does good work on my hair. Not only that, but he is, a great person to have a conversation with. The vibes are great here and I will definitely recommend Joel and the rest of the other barbers for your next cut.

Came here for the first time based on the reviews and Joel did not disappoint. He was very chill and down to earth and made the whole experience relaxing. He listens to how you want your hair done and takes his time to make sure you’re satisfied with how you look. I’m Filipino with hair that sticks out pretty easily and I’ve had barbers struggle cutting my hair how I’d like it in the past. I showed Joel a picture of what I wanted my hair to generally look like and he actually made it look better than the picture I showed him. I don’t usually spend more than $40 on a haircut but this was definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back forsure.

The studio is the best barbershop I’ve been too in Chicago. All of the guys are cool, kind, highly skilled, and extremely attentive. Joel is awesome, Kevin, is amazing - he always gives me the best cut. 10/10 highly recommend.

If you are looking for great customer service and a great haircut, come here. I've been coming to Barber Ambitionz for about a year and have stuck around because these guys do a fantastic job. I've gotten haircuts from Joel and Frank and they always do an impeccable job. My beard has been tough for barbers in the past, but these guys leave it perfect. It's normal to get compliments on my haircut from strangers. On top of that, they have refreshments on hand, play great music, and are very easy to talk to. Lastly, if you're someone that likes to get frequent cuts, they have memberships which make it super easy. I highly recommend Barber Ambitionz and the barbers here.

Kevin, you did it again!!! Everyone is loving my clean fade and beard as much as I am thanks to you!! Just so everyone knows, every time my calendar reminds me, I have a haircut appointment at Barber Ambitionz with my barber Kevin, I get so excited!! I know I am going to walk out looking clean, fresh, and ready for whatever I have planned that day/weekend. From the tight fades to scissor cuts ✂️ that blend in perfectly, to beard fades, line ups, warm towel face massage, cold courtesy drinks, Kevin's got me covered 💯, NO CAP!! Like if that was not enough, I get to see what all the other barbers are doing with those sitting in their sweet and comfortable custom barber chairs and see the awesome creativity and mad skills all the barbers at Barber Ambitionz have. The professionalism and welcoming atmosphere reminds me of some of my best barbershop memories that I have experienced in some of the elite barbers shops in New York, Puerto Rico, LA, AZ, and Barcelona. If you are still barber shop hoping because you still can't find the right barber that gets you and takes your haircut/beards its full potential, you need to stop putting yourself through that and set up an appointment today with Barber Ambitionz. They truly listen to you and ask the right questions to get your haircut/ beards just right!! Barber Ambitionz, thank you for keeping me and the rest of Chicago looking clean and looking right!!! Phenomenal haircut experience! I've been visiting Kevin at Barber Ambitionz for years, and he's always done a terrific job with both haircuts and beard trims for me. The other barbers are also great and you can tell they all truly love what they do. Reasonably priced, friendly and inviting atmosphere, and using their app makes booking super easy. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!

My son and I had an amazing experience at Barber Ambitionz! Frank is an incredibly skilled barber and really takes the time to understand exactly what you want. From the moment we walked in, the service was great! The atmosphere was very welcoming (we were offered refreshments!) and Frank’s attention to detail in the haircut was outstanding. My son left feeling confident and refreshed with his new look for 8th grade. This is definitely our go-to spot now! If you’re looking for a great haircut, I highly recommend Frank! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joel has been cutting my hair for a couple of months now and has done an amazing job every single time! Joel and the rest of the Barber Ambitionz team have created the best barber shop experience I’ve had in quite some time. I cannot recommend this place enough. This Barbershop is a hidden gem. I was referred to Joel by another friend. I Downloaded the Barber Ambitionz app and made an appointment. It was a very simple and easy process. Joel is truly a master at his craft. He takes his time and his attention to detail is amazing when it comes to fading or using scissors. When Joel is done cutting your hair you will have that confidence and swagger everyone wants after a fresh haircut. You will not be disappointed. Joel does not miss.

I’ve been getting my haircut by Joel at Barber Ambitionz for a few months now and the experience has been awesome. Great communal barbershop feel with a perfect cut/fade and a welcoming crew of barbers. Their membership program was my main reason for going in the first place and has been worth every penny. Joel is extremely professional and clearly a master of his craft.
