I had a 10am appointment today with the cold and got to the place and it is locked. Why accept an appointment if you will not be opened? Such a waste of time

I don't know how you can work if you don't know how to cut from the word at all. Who works in rubber gloves for washing. Nozzles for the machine from Temu, plastic cuts your skin. She clean their hair with a shoe brush, which hardens like metal. She doesn't ask if it hurts or not, he just hits his head with a machine in his gloves. I don't advise you to make an appointment with Ashley at all. I don't know about other masters

Came in the other day for my first time not knowing what to expect. They’ve done a great job with the look of the space. Even better was my haircut. Chris was warm and welcoming and I love my haircut. I keep getting compliments so I will definitely be back.

I've been here many times, and seen several barbers (but Nicole is my favorite!) and have always left looking fantastic! The vibes are good & everyone who works there does great work!

Walked in to see if I could just get my bangs trimmed and luckily one of the stylist, Ashley had some time between her appointments. I was a little nervous walking in because I’d never been in a barber shop before but the inside is so cute and inviting and Ashley was sooo sweet and easy to talk to! I was in and out in 10 minutes and she did a great job!

I got my hair cut with Ashley a few weeks ago. She did a great job and she is so fun to talk to! The appointment flew by so quickly and I was sad that it was over. I was seated right at my appointment start time and it was a really positive experience overall. I would go back and have her cut my hair again. The interior of the shop is really cute as well and the music playing was awesome.

If I were to rate this service zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending, as if I were inconveniencing her by calling. I inadvertently booked my appointment for 10:00 AM, when I was supposed to be there at 10:30 AM. While I take responsibility for my mistake, she responded rudely by stating, “Well, if you want to do 10:30 AM, you can only have a haircut, not a wash.” My hair is quite short, and I am skeptical they can’t wash and cut it in 30-45 minutes. However, I acknowledge that I was late, and that is my own fault. Nevertheless, the manner in which she handled the situation over the phone was appalling. She was unable to answer the phone and was unable to even answer the phone in a professional manner and just annoying “hello” in a voice that sounded like I annoyed her for calling; no “hello this is (insert name) thanks for calling (insert venue name)” . As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for many years and has successfully managed a restaurant in Chicago, I would never allow my employees to answer the phone and engage in such a rude and condescending manner with customers. I have not left a review for an establishment since 2021, as the level of annoyance I experienced with this single phone call was so significant. I would highly recommend Supercuts for a better experience.

Rachael started my haircut ten minutes late and ended it five minutes early, due to back-to-back bookings. She was pushy about cleaning up the line at the bottom my (former) mohawk, and raised it *two full inches* even though I asked her to keep as much as possible. (Finger three photo is pointing to the previous hairline.) She was in such a hurry she didn’t even try to brush the short hairs off my neck. Tipped well cause I didn’t realize how much was gone until I got home. At least the dead ends are trimmed and the lines on the side look great?
