There was a woman on the reception who cut my hair. She did cut early and fast so that the other person doesnt wait for too long which leads to incomplete look that i wanted which i clarified from the start. Should work on scheduling if there arent enough barbars to attend then dont take reservations. And she had to and attend customers in between my haircut which was also unprofessional and diverting the flow of cut.

If I could give you a 0 star I would, the most unprofessional barbershop, they rescheduled twice with different barber, and eventually cancelled the appointment on the day of, two hours before appointment time, I have an event today and now im debating if I should cancel or go with long hair. I would never go back to this stupid place , a I would avoid it all cost.
Owner's response

Chelsea was efficient and professional as well as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate that she didn't straight razor my neck without asking first because I have sensitive skin and prefer not to. I gave her vague instructions and she turned it onto a great cut!
Owner's response
We are thrilled to celebrate Chelsea for delivering an amplified experience and exceeding your expectations. Your support means a lot to us, and we can’t wait to have you back!

I've always had a hard time finding barbers because of my hair type. But Josh was the one who finally gave me what I was looking for. I didn't need to say much because he knew what to do. Great job
Owner's response

There are three signs that tell me when a hair salon isn’t the right fit for me: 1. When I show a picture of the style I want, and the stylist barely looks at it but confidently says “I got it.” 2. When I explain how I’d like it cut, and they insist it can’t or shouldn’t be done that way. 3. When it starts looking off and I politely ask for a small fix, and they get annoyed. I originally planned to leave a fair review, but after taking a shower and looking at my hair again, I realized she didn’t even touch the hair after I asked to fix it. Now the left and right sides are completely uneven. I didn’t pay a cheap price, and when I politely asked for a small correction, she looked very annoyed. I even apologized sincerely and said I’d trust her to handle it well — and this is the result? Honestly, I don’t think I’ll ever come back here. I believe the barber’s name was Shakiara? I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I had to this time. It’s unfortunate Google doesn’t allow zero stars.
Owner's response

I didn't think a skin fade was hard to ask for, but I have booked a few times in advance only to be told when I come in for the appointment that the barbers currently on staff do not do it, making me wait an extra hour there for someone who can. If they had a system of calling those who booked in advance to do a reschedule instead of when I have already come in, it would be a lot more appreciated as not to waste the clientele or barbers' time.
Owner's response
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a positive review! We appreciate you coming in and hope to see you back soon!

I’ve gotten simple haircuts at Floyd’s for years. I always wanted fire-engine red hair and when I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and my oncologist said the chemo would make me completely bald - I thought “no time like the present!” A month into my red hair, they changed my chemo and said I might not lose my hair. So, now I gotta own it. Lisa Murphy has been taking care of my hair for the past 9 months. It’s a 3 hour process about monthly - so we have a lot of quality time together. She’s a good human being - I enjoy engaging with her. And, the people I know like what she does to my hair. She’s AWESOME…. Sincerely, Steve Ferkau
Owner's response

Like the other review said, if you have curly or somewhat long hair, just stay away. I’m sure if you need a touch up, or a quick cut, it’s no issue. For my first attempt, I gave a few reference photos and got nothing close to the result I was hoping for. I left unsatisfied but willing to give it another go. I was offered 50% off, so I booked an appointment and went a few weeks later. I was the only person, outside of employees, in the shop at the time, and was turned away because I booked the wrong appointment. Fair, but the one I selected was the only option available. I was upfront about being willing to cover the difference, but to no avail. If it was packed to the gills, I’d definitely be more understanding! So, I went across the street to Sport Clips, received exactly what I wanted, in the same amount of time the first appointment was slated for, and walked out beaming!

DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THESE INEXPERIENCED BARBERS. My boyfriend went in for a simple trim. His hair was mid length and he hadn’t gotten a cut since March. The woman with short curly hair proceeded to chop it all off and it was very choppy and not blended. Even though she heard us express this isn’t what he wanted she silently continued. Don’t waste your time or money took around 15 minutes. It was a walk in. If you aren’t going to take your time with care don’t touch someone’s hair. Very upset.
Owner's response
